Got overcharged for my deductible and they were not responsive when I tried to reach out.

Today, I went for first time to LabCorp on Douglas Rd and I was very amazed for the great and fast service. I stoped by without having an appointment, I introduced my information in the check-in computer and that's it! It was so quick and so perfect, that I couldn't believe it. The lady that works in the entrance is very sweet. The nurse that took my blood had a magic hand, no pain and not bruises. I have tiny and small veins and usually is always hard. I saw three more people besides me in the entrance. It wasn't full. The parking ticket was validated and I payed only $3. I assumed that this building is used mostly by people who works in the building, I think that maybe you can park outside is this is a big deal. To me, the fact that they took care of me in a wink of an eye is Priceless. read more

Yelp won't allow me to give ZERO stars to this place and it wasn't even deemed to receive the one star rating. I waited over an hour to be seen even with an online appointment. I spent my whole afternoon at this place and wasted so much time. They obviously don't value other people's time. Apparently there is only ONE person to do pre-employment (employment drug screen) and she was S-L-O-W as molasses. She believed that taking her lunch break was way more important that taking care of customers that already had scheduled appointments. Horrible place and overall negative experience! Please do yourself a favor and find another Lapcorp to go to that isn't this one. You will save yourself the aggravation and agony going to another Labcorp location. read more

The front desk was AMAZING. I had to do some time sensitive blood work for work ( very last minute) and she was SO helpful-- making this experience so much smoother and less stressful. Luckily, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! The phlebotomist was great and quick. Overall, a pleasant experience. Thank you :) They voucher parking in this building. read more

LabCorp sent me incorrect lab work. When I tried to reach out to them to inform them of the error, they refused to discuss the situation with me. In addition, they sent me a bill for the incorrect labs. DO NOT go to them. read more

Here now and the morning service is really bad. Front desk attendant is incredibly rude.

I had a confirmed Appt for blood test - showed up 10 min before and using their App told them "I'm here" and was confirmed & told to wait till they send me a text that the nurse is ready and I can come in. After waiting for a while, I went to the office in the building, and both entrance doors closed - with a hand written note "we're closed" and no other explanations or follow up text/email on what's next!!! I sent a complaint email to their customer care center explaining all that and asking what am I supposed to do - and got a machine generated response - copied below - I have never ever experienced this kind of lack of care, respect or curtsy from any service - particularly a lab service. Here's their reply and I still haven't heard anything more!!! I'll never ever trust this lab service again!! Thank you for bringing the matter to our attention. They do NOT have any customer service or care at all. Self checking not working, people waiting in hall way with no social distance. Checking lady don't even look the list and you have to remind that you have an appointment, because the treat everyone as a walk in. They tell you have to wait without even check on the computer. Elderly patients had no consideration and they have to wait in line just like everyone else. Once you are inside for test , they complain all the time about if you this or you that. My kid has a behavior issues they had no patience and were yelling at him to be quiet and still. I was trying to calm him down and they don't allow you to be close. The male tech had coments very disrespectful about women and he was replying back when I told him that he shouldnt Ee Won't be back ever again to that place. read more

The older lady at the front desk is extremely rude. She will insult and rush you, say you are going to slow as if you work there and should know better. If you don't know what paperwork she needs she will tell you in a rude tone to hurry up and find it and all that just so they can send you to another room to wait 30 minutes. She should honestly be fired. Sticking to quest from now on. read more

The woman who processed my appointment at the window is the rudest person I have yet to encounter at a business. She interrogated me like a drill sergeant and when I asked why the hostility toward me she gave me a smirky look. She asked when my doctor made the referral and I couldn't remember the date and she mocked me by saying " you don't remember" in a sinister and abusive way. I told her she had a very bad attitude and she gave me a dirty look. I walked out and decided I would never get tested there. It is beyond my understanding how someone like her can be allowed to abuse customers at what is supposed to be a well-known business. read more

I went in earlier this morning and was in and out of this lab without an appointment in less than 20 minutes. Keep in mind I came in at 7AM right when they opened and checked in at one of their stations as soon as I walked in. Noris was the person that drew my blood and she was super sweet, professional and fast. The building does have a parking garage that does charge, just remember to bring with you so they can validate it in the office. This will bring the price down significantly down but still have to lay something- the price varies by how long you use the parking garage. read more

Avoid this location, if possible. I acknowledge that incompetence is the norm in Miami, but having to wait over 2.5 hours for a pre-employment drug screen is outrageous, especially while the employees are clearly not busy, in the back laughing and joking in Spanish. I also had came the day before, but was turned away because testing "ends at 2:00 pm." Then why is your closing time listed as 3:00 pm? Get better at your jobs. read more

I went to lab Corp to get some blood drawn. The guy that took my blood verbally abused me. When I got light headed he yelled at me and he told me to put my head between my legs to let the blood go to my head. Then he proceeded to put his hand on top of my head and told me to push my head up while he was applying pressure at the same. Despite me repeatedly telling him NO. They were absolutely horrendous, rude and abusive. I don't recommend ANYBODY to go here. read more

After waiting 1.5 hours, the girl at the front desk told me it would be another 45 minutes because she didn't have my order. Come to find out it had been sitting on the fax machine for who knows how long. They tried to make it my fault for not having the paperwork, but my doctor had already sent it 2 times before. The time management and customer service at this location is absolutely ridiculous. I can't believe this place stays in business. People with appointments have been waiting for over 2 hours. read more
