I had a bad feeling about this place from the second I walked in. The baron walls, fast food menu on the wall of prices for services, and sub-zero temperatures did not give me a feeling of comfort, a much-needed feeling as I was in a high amount of discomfort. After taking getting my X-rays taken I took a photo of my X-rays on the computer with my phone. At this point, the doctor came running over saying "that's a big no-no, big no-no" as he was chastizing the X-ray tech in front of me for taking a picture of my x-rays. This gave me a very uncomfortable feeling seeing the way that he was treating his staff in front of me. Especially since there should not be a single issue with me taking a picture of my X-rays on my phone. After my examination, I ensured that they gave me a copy of these X-rays on a CD and there was no issue there. I came in with immense pain in my foot and hand. The doctor poked around on my foot until he located the pain. He then left the room for no more than 15 seconds, not even enough time to have walked to the room where he would look at the X-rays. He came back and told me that I did not have any fractures in my finger or foot. The Issue here is that I sent my X-rays over to a radiologist and within 15 seconds he noticed a very clear and obvious fracture in both my foot and finger.

She even confirmed the day and time at the end of the phone call. I drove half an hour to the adventura location for my appt to them telling me that it was actually scheduled for Friday instead. How in the world can my appt be scheduled for a day i did not even ask for. Then the lady in the front desk pretty much told me i would have to reschedule as if they know that i have nothing better to do and dont work like they do. This is very upsetting and frustrating. As it is extremely difficult to stay in the same spot for 30 minutes without moving, this is even more difficult for a claustrophobic patient that is being kept in a tiny enclosed space. After about 20 minutes I began to struggle and twitch a bit. I was determined to get through the MRI but the doctor had placed headphones over my ears with horrific music playing. Over the horrific music he is yelling "STOP MOVING" After his third time scolding me I decided to end the session as I could feel panic arising and taking over my body. I went to have blood drawn 2 days ago and she screwed up putting the needle in my vein so bad I am still in pain and arm is still swollen and badly bruised. This is the second time out of 4 blood draws over the past two years that this happened when she drew blood. Once putting the needle in and one pulling the needle out. Never had this happen to me before anywhere else. And my veins are large and very easy to place a needle in. Sorry to say but this employee should not be working in this job. I was able to get the prescriptions that were necessary. I've been prescribed the same medication before so I knew what I needed but Dr. Roy Dubash recommended me the same prescriptions without me asking him for the same prescriptions. I was in and out in less than an hour. Incredible experience I will definitely be coming back if I need any medical care.

I've visited several times, and each experience has been excellent. I'm usually seen by Dr. Shapiro, who I absolutely love. He always makes sure I fully understand my condition and treatment plan, and my prescriptions are taken care of before I leave. On one occasion, Dr. Shapiro wasn't on staff, and I was seen by Dr. McKuin instead. He also provided great care and made me feel well looked after. I truly appreciate the professionalism and consistency at this urgent care. I love this place!
