I liken these women as the doctors in Vietnam. Seeing so many patients they became quite adept at treating them. These phlebotomists see dozens and dozens a day so they are excellent at what they do.

After 20 min of waiting, I get called to the front desk and they tell me they don't have my lab requests from my doctor. They tell me I can keep my appt as long as my doctor's office, who already sent it back in March (2months ago), will resend it again. Also proceeds to tell me that if I came in 15-30 min prior to my appointment time, I would be seen on time. What logic is that? No where in the email or text confirmation does it state I need to come in earlier than my set appointment time. I call my doc office to resend it, they receive it at labcorp 15min later. They continue to have me wait and after a full hour since my appt, I still have not been called inside. They claim they keep all requests for a year but don't have my record from 2 months ago? When I do get called it, the tech asks if I have already given a urine sample, when I tell her I haven't, nothing happens. She finishes getting my blood samples and then says I can leave. I had to remind her about the urine sample, which is ridiculous! There should be a checking system to ensure they have everything from their patient before moving on. This office needs a better way to handle, organize and manage the patients info and wait time because this is unacceptable! I would be better off going to the one in Long Beach or Quest next time.

I feel forcing elderly people to use the tablet to check in feels discriminatory because not all elderly know how too, also assuming that all people know how to use technology or want too is not good ether. He was unable to make the call himself, so I called to make the appointment for him, with him on the line. Kendra answered and it was disgusting how rude she was. My husband verified his identity and gave verbal consent for me to set the appointment for him. Kendra cut me off every time I spoke and would only speak to my husband, not to me. I asked for the address, because my husband was under the influence of prescribed medication and Kendra refused to give me that information, which is not even private. It is an embarrassment to the office and doctor how ignorant and unprofessional Kendra is and the lack of communication skills she has for a job working directly with the public. Kendra has no respect for patients and her attitude is gross. Kendra: under HIPAA, an authorized personal representative has the same rights as the patient to access Protected Health Information. I am an authorized personal representative and your nasty attitude saved us from a visit there and probably more undeserved mistreatment. Potential patients, I would definitely recommend looking for another provider. The front desk staff usually gives you an idea of how your experience and care will be. Worse of all it's impossible to reach the front office to make an appointment. They don't answer in a timely manner. I've waited for 45 minutes before and no it wasn't during lunch time. Definitely considering to change clinic.
