This building has been here about 2 years It is absolutely beautiful. Friendly staff, nice waiting area It even has a coffee shop where you can get fresh coffee and drinks and dessert. I've had to visit this Advent Health, Health Park several times since February 2024, and I have to…read moresay it's pretty awesome. Specialists include Breast Surgery, General Surgery, Urology, Urogynecology, Hematology, and Physical Therapy. Some other health related services coming soon are Heart Care, Gastroenterology, Medical Oncology, and Spine Care. I'm not one who loves going to the doctor or shifting my schedule around at work for a bunch of doctor appointments; however, I've had no issues working with staff to coordinate an appointment for my specific needs. What's really great about this location is that if your doctor orders up bloodwork during your visit, staff can perform the bloodwork on the first floor and they can usually get you in right away. The health park is very new and it is kept spotless. There is also a coffee shop on the first floor if you need a pick-me-up while you wait or on the go. Another great thing about this location is there is an emergency room right next to this building, so if you are having an emergency you don't have to go far. All-in-all, I recommend this new facility. If you are in need of any services noted above, this might be the place for you.

Went to visit my new doctor and arrived here which was the closest location. I've been here before…read moreso I'm very familiar with this office. Parking lot gets pretty full and office location just on the 1st floor of this multi-office building. The hallways are very narrow and each business office displays a small sign of their establishment. Quickly I arrive and the waiting room was pretty empty. They offer a well conditioned and clean area with television and a few magazines for the wait. Straight ahead you sign in and my wait was about 10-15 min before the receptionist called me to a specific window in rear where they discuss private matters of insurance and deductibles. After completion you wait again to another small seating area until a phlebotomist is ready to stick you with a needle. Pretty quick process; very organized and friendly. Everyone working here seems to love this job and offer great care and customer service.

Booked a lab appointment the day before I needed one and got the time of my choice! I received an…read moreemail confirmation of my lab appointment. I was able to defer inputting my health insurance and lab orders, and submit that when I arrived, which made the booking process very easy. I received a text message on the day of my appointment, at least an hour prior to check in, with a link to click to notify them of my arrival in the waiting room. When I went to my appointment, I parked and walked to the old location to which I saw a cardboard sign that said they moved to 160 International Parkway Suite 100. I walked around the Winn Dixie plaza looking for it, but could not find it. I went back to my car, plugged in the address and saw it was on the other side of the parking lot. I drove over there and found lots of parking. When I entered, there was a large sign pointing towards Suite 100. Iclicked on the link on the text message to say that I was there. When I entered the waiting room, it was entirely full! There were at least 12 people waiting and it was cramped. For that reason, I waited in the hallway just outside. I was worried I would not hear them call my name with the door shut, but I received a text message from quest one minute prior to them calling my name! That text message told me to go into the waiting room, as I would be called soon. I no sooner sat down when I got called to my appointment. Initially, I arrived to my appointment a bit late because of the location change snafu that I was unaware of. Although it was clear on the email where I was supposed to go I just assumed it was at their old location, so that is my fault. But even though I got to my appointment late, they still helped me in a very reasonable time. I was surprised that I was not penalized for being late. My attendant took my lab requisition, insurance and ID. It took about 5 min to get the computer part done, pay my deductible, and then a quick lab draw, and I was out. I was provided a receipt for my purchase. I would schedule here again in the future. It was a much better experience than what I had at the old location.

I had to ask one of the phlebotomists that was taking a patient, to help me. She said that because I was more than 15 minutes early, the app was not letting me check in. I had to go to the computer to check in. I was taken in for the blood draw. The phlebotomist was very friendly, but she couldn't see my veins and called for help. The desk person shouldn't be in the front office, at least who was there when I went. That QR code you get to scan when you book an appointment, well, I'm not sure what it is for since you need to scan your ID at the kiosk. All my information showed up. I think I am registered, but I am not going to go through the trouble of asking. Bottom line, if you are going to come here, absolutely make sure you made an appointment online, you have your ID and orders, and are prepared to stand and wait. So, why four stars? I needed to get blood work done. When I went in, the woman phlebotomist had a little trouble finding one of the tests in their system from my order. Oh, man, I'm thinking. This is not going to go well... When she asked which arm I said, "You pick, since my veins like to hide." She started with my left arm and said the vein kept popping out of the way. "I'm not hurting you, am I?" To this I look down, and as much as she is trying, I barely feel anything. She gives up and tries the right arm. Same thing is happening, and then she says, "Sweet Jesus, there you are." I get my blood drawn with less pain than perhaps ever before, and here I am writing this a day later, and looking at both arms and can't see anything happened. What magic was this? Yeah, I would go back here and hopefully get the same person to draw my blood. She did say that if I ever do come back just point to where she got it before and it will be a lot easier next time.

I am still sitting in the parking lot, completely shaken by this experience, and I am sharing this…read morereview because I would not want anyone else to have the same experience. The technician who performed my ultrasound -- whom I later confirmed is the owner -- was extremely aggressive and unprofessional throughout the appointment. He carelessly applied a very large amount of gel, much of which immediately began dripping down my neck and onto my clothing and hair. When I tried to maneuver so I could wipe it off, he told me that he had to use that much gel and that this is simply what happens. I have an ultrasound of my thyroid every year and have never experienced anything remotely like this. The gel has never gotten all over my clothing or hair. He also roughly stuffed paper towels into my top in an attempt to protect my clothing, which was uncomfortable and unnecessarily rough. The ultrasound itself was completed in approximately five minutes, even though my previous thyroid ultrasounds have typically taken 20-30 minutes. I simply said, "Whoa, that usually takes around 30 minutes." His response was disproportionate and very upsetting. He went from saying I was being "offensive" and that I was implying he had not done his job, to saying that everyone does things differently and that I should not question how long he takes because it was rude. I was not questioning his qualifications or accusing him of doing anything wrong. I was simply making an observation about how much shorter the exam was than what I have experienced every other year. At that point, I felt extremely uncomfortable and reached for my phone. He then left the room and said, "Well, if it was just an observation, I apologize." At that point, the damage was done. The way I was spoken to and treated was completely unprofessional and left me extremely shaken. Unfortunately, the facility itself also appeared old and was not particularly clean, which added to an already very uncomfortable experience. This was a HORRIBLE experience, and I will be notifying my doctor so that I am not referred here again. I genuinely wish I had read the reviews before coming. I am posting this in the hope that other patients will take the time to research their options beforehand and avoid having an experience like mine.
