There were two changing rooms. You lock your belongings in a cabinet and get a key to wear on your wrist to keep your belongings safe during the imaging. It was quick and the tech was kind and gentle. The waiting room had a coffee machine, tv, and cold water bottles in a fridge. I almost felt like I was being pampered during this normally uncomfortable experience. Thank you to everyone here for being so fantastic.

The office itself has already been really clean and organized and prior to the pandemic they offered extended hours. Today I came in for a CT Scan. Great service again but there was a miscommunication between my doctor and this office. I came in on my day off from work but then I was rescheduled all because I'm allergic to the iodine dye and the paperwork processed was the incorrect one. Wasn't a big deal to me but for someone else, it could be a huge inconvenience with work scheduling! My recommendation, listen to the customer and then reach out to their doctor while they're in the lobby to clear up any confusion before rescheduling. Other than that, I love the pre-Checkin option they text you prior to your appointment. Looking forward to my results and possibly visiting again.

Sad, there was a dip in the table, had a sudden jolt of pain in my right hip that lasted a minute (pain scale 8). He didn't ask how I was. He just stood there while I was in pain. When I said the pain had subsided he continued with his question and told me to lie on table. After the scan I struggled to get up due to hip pain. Never offered assistance or asked about the pain. Told him to warn others with hip pain there is a dip in the table that could trigger pain. He said "I've done a lot of these for hips and no one ever complained of pain before." This is completely out of character for any Advent Health employee to act so cold and uncaring.

With these guys, it never seemed like it was just a job to them, THEY ACTUALLY CARE about you and what they do. And I love that. They have a imagining center onsite which prevents further commute to other locations for MRIs. My only and very small issue with this location is some of my administrative things sadly fell between the cracks here, which in part prolonged my case. I won't put sole blame on them as other parts in the matter did drop the ball as well in the regard. Overall I would recommend anyone to work with complete care for their rehab needs.

Well my 1st try did not go well I had to end the exam before completion. The Team @ ODC in Longwood are AWESOME!!! They work with great empathy, compassion, and professionalism. My tech (Mike) and the Office Manager (Donna) did not hesitate to let me know that I could try again after I felt relaxed and comfortable. After 30 minutes, I felt my medication was working. I was able to complete my MRI. Donna offered to stay in the room with me and place her calming hand on my shoulder the entire time. Again, thank you guys for your patience and great customer service. I have been in the medical field over 35 years and, learned you cannot teach empathy and compassion it has to be in your heart, especially in the medical field and caring for people. God Bless C. The receptionist was kind and I could hear her talking to other people being upfront about cost differences and giving recommendations. I actually couldn't get a piercing out so I had to reschedule! The imaging tech tried to help me before too by giving me gloves and saline to see if it would loosen up. They were so flexible and i was able to come back a few hours later. They talked me through the mri process and made sure i was comfortable as well, even gave me a blanket because it's so cold in offices. The whole process was simple then they sent the images report directly to my primary.
