This was by far; a much better lab! I was able to get all my questions answered and have my test done promptly. I needed to obtain a hair follicle test, quest diagnostic was making it pretty impossible, no one at all there to help...just very dismissive..."we need the Qpassport" & "we can't do the test without a code" When I got to any lab test now, the tech was able to clearly and honestly answer my questions, give me pricing and explained how the test would be done and the turnaround for results. I have never had a hair follicle test done before today. I was worried I would end up with a weird bald spot on my head, I was very lucky to have had this done at any lab test now because the woman explained how she takes lil strands from different places- rather then one chunk of hair from one spot! I seriously appreciate the help and consideration! I'm so glad I was referred to this lab! I hope everyone having issues with quest or any of the "too busy" kinda places out there, don't go back! Save your time and energy!! you won't regret it! try this place!! They were friendly! Helpful! Fast!

After trying to get an appointment at both LabCorp and Quest diagnostics and having none available for almost two weeks and then going to both locations to be told that they had over two hour wait for walk-ins, I finally searched to see if there was something else close by. I called Labworks and was told that they currently had no wait. I got there and got checked in within a few minutes and I was out of the building in less than 10 minutes. In addition, both the receptionist and the phlebotomist were very courteous and the waiting area was nice. The phlebotomist used a butterfly needle to draw my blood as well as compression tape afterwards to prevent bruising. I'm not an easy blood draw and I appreciate the extra care that was taken. Now that I know that this is an option, I will probably never return to the cramped, unfriendly mass lab locations when I need lab work done again.

Unfortunately, our experience fell far below the standard of care we expected. My grandmother is insulin-dependent. On multiple occasions, her blood glucose was checked, but the prescribed insulin was not administered, leaving her blood sugar over 200 mg/dL. Additionally, her regular blood pressure medication was not given until the second day, after her blood pressure had already become elevated. After returning from a procedure, she was placed back in her room on a bare mattress because the bed had not been remade. She remained in that condition for nearly a full day until I noticed it and brought it to the attention of the nursing staff. Throughout her stay, response times were consistently slow. It appeared the unit was understaffed, as it often took an unreasonable amount of time for staff to respond to basic requests. The discharge process was equally concerning. Although she was discharged in the morning, her prescriptions were never sent to the pharmacy. I called the hospital more than 10 times, was transferred repeatedly, and received no response from the unit or the nursing supervisor. Ultimately, the only way to ensure she received her medications was to return to the hospital. This level of care is unacceptable, especially for an 86-year-old patient with chronic medical conditions. Patients and their families should not have to worry about missed medications, basic comfort, or being unable to reach anyone after discharge. I hope this review encourages the hospital to address these issues and improve patient care and communication
