Speaking with the other people in the waiting room (about 15) they never answer the phone or man the desk. I checked in at the kiosk and had to stand for an hour and a half before getting called back, only to be brought back out so they could write (not scan as the directions said on my paperwork) the ID number down. She then disappeared in the back for five minutes, comes out, says the number is invalid. Writes it down again. Disappeared again. Finally let's me in the back. Barely gives me any instructions. Has me initial the seals PRIOR to giving my urine sample. I give my urine sample. She gives me back my ID and tells me I am good to go. Later I get notification from my future employer that I refused the urine screening. Luckily, I was able to explain exactly what happened and was able to go to a different lab the next day. I will never use Sonora Quest again.

My husband has been suffering with horrific back pain for years, dating back to 2020. He is in desperate need of an MRI. Kelly keeps saying that the insurance is denying it because he needs to do x, y or z. However, we got the actual denial letter from the insurance company, which states that it would be approved if he had been doing at least 6 months of a medically approved home PT program, which she had given to him a year ago. Which we kept bringing up. Which she clearly isn't notating right. But anyway, he is doing the 6 sessions of chiro. She also has messed up a prescription he has been on for 4 years by 60 pills, shorting him on Gabapentin, and having to go to the pharmacy and even having them go, why would she do that? And then have them have to get it corrected. Or what about when she sent him for newer X-rays on his back and hip, but messed up on orders on his hip? He got the X-rays on his back, but she never bothered to respond to the multiple requests from KMRC to send the corrected orders for his hip. Oh, and let's talk about how bad gabapentin is! It isn't even meant for nerve pain! We did research because it isn't helping his pain, and we saw that Lyrica is a more effective option. Even read research papers (really boring, but a lot of information) and Kelly said she wasn't going to risk her licence to prescribe it to him. My husband hasn't had a prescription for any controlled substances in the 25 years that we have been together. I told her, look at his prescription records. She refused because she is too worried about her licence. Lyrica isn't even a narcotic. The cream on this cake is that we needed her to sign a simple form so he could keep his insurance so he could keep seeing the chiropractor and take his gabapentin (because if you stop taking it cold turkey, it can cause life threatening withdrawals) and she couldn't even be bothered to do that! We gave her plenty of time to check the box and sign the form and she went on vacation without doing it, knowing the week before we called and emailed, reminding her that we absolutely needed it by today. I give a thumbs up to the nice lady on the phone who really tried to find a solution but there was none to be found. But don't ever go to Kelly. She is the worst provider they have

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and they always go above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of. That said, I was disappointed on my most recent visit. I drove over 30 miles the day after a holiday to pick up my sleep medication, only to find the pharmacy closed and locked. Unfortunately, that left me without my medication for three days, which was very discouraging. I still value this pharmacy highly and appreciate all they do, but I hope they can communicate holiday closures more clearly in the future so customers don't make long trips only to find the doors shut.

For being in a lot of pain, they all did their best to minimize it and help take care of me quickly and efficiently from our nurse Brie ann to the x-ray tech to all the docs and pros. God bless them for the shot of morphine they gave me for the pain. It was the best possible experience that I could have for such a shitty situation. I highly recommend KRMC as their staff is top-notch.

The office staff is the most incompetent and uncaring group of people it has ever been my misfortune to deal with. The phones are completely automated. I leave voice messages and get no replies ever. I had my blood work done and x-rays on my back in order to see an orthopaedic surgeon over a month ago. No one has ever contacted me with the results of any of that. Dr. Parry told his assistant, while I was in the room, to set up a referral with a surgeon because I have a huge hiatal hernea and possible iliac hernia. No one has called me back regarding that. I have called and left my phone and name on their voice mail for both the person in charge of referrals and the doctor's assistant. No return calls. In order to get my blood work done, I had to go back to their office to get more paperwork because the paperwork they gave me for the order wasn't filled out with anything other than my personal and insurance info. There was no instruction on what kind of blood draw to do. In the interim, it was determined I would need an RA blood draw as well, which would mean I had to be fasting. So new paperwork had to be done. The guy at the front desk was on the phone with another patient. There was a girl sitting in a chair at a desk behind him twirling in the chair. Finally, I asked if she could help me. She never offered, even though she wasn't doing anything and saw me there, waiting for assistance. They gave me six sheets of paper for one blood draw. The lab tech looked at it and said that only one sheet was complete. All the others were printed wrong so that only a portion of the necessary info was on each page. I still haven't seen an orthopaedic doctor and I still haven't heard from anyone about a surgeon for my hernia. I can't reach anyone by phone. I don't want my insurance to be billed for another office visit, but I have no other way to talk to Dr. Parry about any of this. DON'T GO TO SYCAMORE MEDICAL IN KINGMAN, ARIZONA. The doctor you see may be terrific, but the office staff is horrible.
