I am a nurse myself and I've never felt so neglected or seen such neglect. I am currently dealing with multiple tests and possible surgery for my ear. I understand each medication has side effects, but like I explained to the receptionists id simply like to talk to a MD on what I can do whether it be tapering me off the medication and being prescribed a new drug. Says she will ask the MD and they will call right back. Nothing ever. I am in the process of filing a grievance to Tricare due to the neglect and all around quality of care I've received. Dont come here. They truly do not care about you.
