There were 5 people in the waiting room and another having blood drawn. It was a specimen that had to be kept at a certain temperature. Assuming 15 mins per person waiting 1.5 hours to drop a specimen on a week day at 3pm is just unacceptable. I get that with an iPad and wanting to run a facility as cheaply as possible but this is too much. I will avoid LabCorp for specimen drops offs because of this. It's a pretty wide swing of experiences from having multiple people there and no wait to arriving with 5+ people in the waiting room.

She refused my papework and asked for my information and began raising her voice and throwing her arms up saying I'm not in the computer. I sat and listened to her for the next 12 minutes complaining about having to enter manually and she didn't even have an address. The address was on the order but I gave it to her anyway. She demanded to know what Dr I saw and I said the one on the order. She kept banging on the keyboad and yelling and complaining until I said I must leave in 2 minutes for an appointment. She spent the next 2 minutes complaining to me that it was going to take a long time to enter everything and that she couldn't believe the office had not entered it in the computer because she's told them a million times to instead of working on my order. She ending saying one of the numbers was wrong. I took my orders and left saying thanks. She had the nerve to say, you're welcome! She should have never been brought back to this practice after she quit. She became even more rude, not only to the staff but now the patients. Dr.C is not much better either. They need to do better, but with such bad attitudes, maybe they'll lose the practice. There are so many Doctors in the Charlotte area, please find someone else that will care.

She was also working with her nurse, and training her on how to do things that need to be done in a very professional manner. Corrective criticism is a good learning tool for anyone and they should be very appreciative when they have a doctor that will work with them in that manner. Any of the nurses should be honored to have someone like Dr Lomboy mentoring them. I will continue using Dr Lomboy as my doctor from here on out.
