Review of dropping off specimen is wholly unacceptable. This is on corporate trying to run with as skeleton crew as possible. Waited 10 minutes to find out there was only one person there. There were 5 people in the waiting room and another having blood drawn. It was a specimen that had to be kept at a certain temperature. Assuming 15 mins per person waiting 1.5 hours to drop a specimen on a week day at 3pm is just unacceptable. I get that with an iPad and wanting to run a facility as cheaply as possible but this is too much. I will avoid LabCorp for specimen drops offs because of this. It's a pretty wide swing of experiences from having multiple people there and no wait to arriving with 5+ people in the waiting room. read more

Terrible experience. Desk staff was rude and incompetent. Said they didn't have my docotor's orders which turned out was sent over 4 hours earlier. Long wait time, severely understaffed. Dirty waiting room. Won't return. read more

I went in for blood work and the phlebotomist Tnaiya was awesome I didn't even feel the needle.

ZERO STARS.... I went to this location yesterday without an appointment and waited 40 minutes. When I inquired how much longer I would need to wait for my lab draw, the receptionist indicated they were understaffed and she was covering the phlebotomy and reception. So, I scheduled an appointment for today at 12:45. I opted to check in online and wait in my car until being texted. After waiting 35 minutes, I went inside to inquire the status of my appointment noting I was checked in, on site and waiting for 35 minutes. Once again, the phlebotomist was the receptionist and she informed me that they "don't do mobile check-in" and instructed me to sit in their waiting room until a technician was available. NOPE.... They aren't getting my business. And for laughs and giggles, check out the photos of the women's bathroom in their building. This location is particularly good. LabCorp is a National Chain headquartered in Burlington NC. Have used them often over the years because they were the preferred lab my Doctors used and I have used them as an employer for Drug Screenings. Very good and quick turn around. As part of my Senior Physical, I had a bone density scan performed and it came back with a marked loss of density. My Dr. ordered blood work to screen for anything that was out of the ordinary. LabCorp performed the tests and the test came back with Low Testosterone, Low Vitamin D Level and not out of range by low Calcium Referred me to an Endocrinologist which was right down the hall from this Lab. The Endocrinologist was skeptical of the accuracy of the test results but not because of the results but rather the test conditions. She indicated that for Testosterone , the test needs to be performed before 10am and preferable before 9am. With regard to Testosterone, males go through a Cycadean Cycle and the T level drops significantly during the day. The original test was performed at 3pm which is near one of the low point so total T may or may not have been low. Only way to find out is retest with blood drawn prior to 10 am. She had a problem with the Calcium testing because it was based on blood work and in her opinion, would have been better to measure the amount of Calcium excreted from the body. I now have an appointment with LabCorp for Friday at 7:30am. My wife has a test being run at Novant North Hospital in Huntersville on Friday at 7am and they have a location there so while she is getting her test run, I'll get the blood work done at the same. Also have a 24 hour Calcium Urinalysis Test with them as well which will be completed this weekend and will be dropped off to this lab on Monday. A lot of hoop jumping on my part but would not be possible without their cooperation and help in scheduling to make this all happen read more

Kiosk check in, observed several older patients struggling. Had to ask for help. Then someone just came out and did it without any empathy for the patient. Long wait time. The television had the same 30 sec LabCorp spot and it cycled every 3 or 4 minutes. Only 4 chairs in the waiting room and people standing against the walls. No good at all read more

Nasty attitude and confused employees. Not professional and they all seemed annoyed at all the patients.

Expect to wait a long time. Simple drug test for school was a headache.
