Certainly, no one likes to have blood work done, but due to some health challenges, I have been to this LabCorp three different times. Every time the lady that checks you in has a smile on her face and his managing a lot of people an a busy workload. The people that do the lab work in the back are kind and have a smile on their face. I came for a drug test for work employment , an i came not knowing weather it was gonna be hair, blood or urine ,i asked the lady on the front desk is there a bathroom i can use , i tell you the look on her face you would've thought i insulted her she had a look if disgust . Went in to have blood drawn for a specific test. Arrived when they opened. Greeted by friendly employee. Did a quick self check in, waited only 5 minutes. The technician got me through the process quickly and painlessly! In and out in less than 15 minutes! Awesome! Highly recommended!! read more

The office full when we came in, but it was moving good. I was called and the nurse/tech by the name of Love, brought me in and was so pleasant, I almost forgot what I was there for. She got a vein on first try, didn't even feel the needle. Whatever you are paying this wonderful lady isn't enough, she was very refreshing first thing in the morning. read more

Walked in and asked about check in because sometimes self service is an option. NOT HERE, the only where to go is over to the machine over there in the corner: check in was no more complicated than scan my authorization, scan my ID, tell 'em who's paying and have a seat. Got a cup of water, found a seat in the waiting room, and maybe ten minutes later I was called to go back for my test. You get three minutes to answer one question so relax and take your time and focus because accuracy is way more important than speed. I must be doing this wrong because I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I was not looking forward to visiting Labcorp. I needed to have a two-hour glucose test and this was the closest location. I arrived and registered using the self-service kiosk. I was advised they would be right with me and I waited maybe 10 minutes past my appointment time. They took me back, drew blood, gave me the liquid (which I drank without incident) and I was quarantined to the waiting room until called back. Two hours later, I was promptly taken back and more blood was drawn. I thought the ladies at this facility were efficient and friendly and made my morning great. They are running that office smoothly. Patients were in and out repeatedly and this indicated to me that they were well trained in managing the office. Front desk was rude from the start and not very helpful giving information on how to correctly schedule a test.. I ended up figuring it out myself, but I wouldn't recommend it and wont schedule future appointments here. read more

been waiting almost an hour and there was only 2 ppl there when I showed up! also walk in guests were coming in and going in before me and another gentleman. the least they could do was keep us updated for the hood up and why!! very disappointed because I'm here for a drug screen and I'm gonna urinate in my pants waiting. then a lady calls another patient and sees me make a gesture of why and says we are trying she is working on it. working on what? Worst managed office I've ever been to. All I needed was a drug test for a new job. Drug testing hours are from 1:30 - 3:00. I checked in at 1:30 and it's now 3:30. I have yet to be called back. There appears to be only 2 people working this office with a lobby full of people. Ridiculous!!! Avoid this lab unless you just like hanging out with strangers in a lobby. This is worse than the DMV!!! read more

This is absolutely ridiculous. I've been here over 30 mins and still haven't checked in. I have 3 people in front of me still, all whom have no idea what they're doing! If there was a receptionist, everyone would have been checked in by now. I will never go here again. Don't let your doctor send you here. This is horrible. I have been to the Lab Corp Mooresville location several times. I try to get there to be first in line right after lunch. That seems to be the best time. Be kind and patient with the workers, or worker. Sometime that location has one person doing all. Best way to address the wait issues isn't with the staff. But with management. Call management with your concerns. If they seem to be uninterested, call their boss. Hold these people accountable. read more

Terrible attitudes, and extremely unhelpful. Second time I've been to this location and I can confidently say it will be my last! Both times my experience has been bad. A patient was ahead of me on the kiosk so I put some gloves on to protect myself and was told I was not allowed to wear gloves inside! Who knows the last time the kiosk was sanitized and disinfected. Certainly, not after each patient uses it. I was informed that they could give me gloves to use when I left the building but I don't need gloves for when I leave! I need gloves to protect myself from the nasty touch screen. I asked if I could be given gloves to use just for the kiosk and was told no because the cdc doesn't recommend gloves and something about cross contamination. Clean gloves touching the kiosk and then getting thrown away won't cross contaminate but your patients touching the kiosk and then touching the door knobs and touching their face, the armrest, etc that sure will. Not to mention what people touch in their cars! I would be horrified to see how much bacteria and germs are covering that kiosk! I refuse to allow somewhere that idiotic to take my blood! If they are going to be unclean with the kiosk I can't imagine how unclean the lab is. They are taking blood from people and they are refusing to allow me to protect myself, my safety, my health! I will NEVER go back to this location. I finally found a different location that was willing to help me by informing me I could check in via my phone allowing me to skip the nasty kiosk. I'm thankful I found a location that was willing and nice enough to help me and my concerns. However, in the future I will try to avoid every labcorp. A company is only as good as their worst location and the Mooresville location is horrible. read more

labcorp has a new practice in place at most of their centers. they are requiring their employees to ask patients for credit card information prior to verifying insurance coverage. don"t give it to them... this can be very expensive; especially when patients are being told the credit card will not be billed unless insurance declines. hello you are gettting charged! then if it is coded incorrectly or a number of their other excuses they are no help whatsoever. this is fraudulent. insurance companies need to look into this quick, fast, and in a hurry. just google "labcorp complaints" for lots more read more
