When we called back to have this corrected, the person on the phone was dismissive and did not listen to our concerns, despite the errors being on their end. This experience was frustrating and concerning, especially given the seriousness of why we were seeking care. The receptionist was very rude and made assumptions instead of listening to what we were trying to explain. She misunderstood the situation and ultimately hung up on us.

He came out very quickly and began checking things that may have caused the loss of water in the house. He was so complete in his troubleshooting, he discovered that the problem was most likely an electrical issue. After getting the electrical issue resolved, Kelly came out the next day and replaced an old pressure switch and installed a pressure gauge on our bladder tank so we can verify that it's working properly. His prices are very fair. He could have just come and replaced our pump and charged us a lot of money. Instead, with his troubleshooting, we paid 1/5 of what we would have paid to replace the pump. He also cleaned up some previous shoddy work that had been done to make the property safer. He will be our first and only call for any well or water treatment issues we have in the future. When safewell was here, he said you can send out your water to be tested, I said how much $150?? Oh no, $50 ok go for it. I get the bill yesterday and it is $145!! The techs were fine, but when I requested a copy of the report, I was told (on different days): *We mailed it to you, but the mails are slow "When did you mail it?" "We don't keep those records" "You don't keep a record of when you release confidential patient information?" "That is correct." What followed was a series of no less than 12 phone calls, all with different responses. (At least they should synchronize their stories.) I spoke to the office manager on Friday who agreed to Express Mail it. He did not! When I asked about the conflicting stories, he said, "oh, they are new." I had 167 people on staff and EVERY ONE knew that they are not expected to know all the answers, just either get the answer, or refer them to someone who can help. I plan to file a complaint with all relevant regulatory agencies, the VA, and any other consumer agencies there are. It would have been easier if they told the truth.
