Please note that if you make an appointment online, it gives you the option to check in when you arrive and wait in your car and they'll notify you when they are ready. You can also choose to go in and check in at the kiosk and wait in their waiting area. Please go in and check in at the kiosk. I made the mistake of checking in on my phone. It was getting close to my appointment time and I still hadn't gotten a call. After about 10 minutes, I just decided to go in. I went in to the waiting area. Just as I sat down, they came out and did a last call for my name. They told me that they were about to remove my slot because they thought I was a no show. I explained that I did the check in/wait in car option. They told me that it was there doing COVID and it was never removed as an option. This moreso falls on their corporate office to have the option removed. The staff was very nice and understanding. So I felt a little more at ease. This was my only issue, as parking was great and it was a nice location.
