After getting all parties there to test results came back 99.9999% but they gave me a chain of custody that looks like a third grader wrote it. When I got the court, the judge denied it because it was not legible and there was missing information on it when I came back to the company to get a new chain Custody they said I would have to retake the test again and have to pay again I said that doesn't make any sense you guaranteed this would work for court . So then I go into retest thinking it was all taken care of then they contact me saying I need to pay them when I called them to tell them situation they pretty much told me they were going to get rid of my samples as you see in this email . The first test I took I paid first why would they change that and then tell me that I owe them money after they already did the test. This place is terrible. The collection 'kit' that was sent out was confusing, with two collection envelopes and two mailing envelopes, and a small half page form that needed to be filled out and enclosed. The only way I could figure out what was what was based on which envelopes had the ID code. Two kits were sent in three weeks ago. The kits were received, and the person who set up the account was notified that they were received. Results were expected on Friday the 12th. Today is the 16th, and nothing has been received. People who are using this service are already anxious about the results. To delay the results like this is not professional. And that 'available on their website'? Um, no. They send you the results. Getting them online was not offered as a possibility at time of ordering the services.

It appears to me these phone associates have no phone etiquette training and little supervision. I got the idea these people have no respect for their clientele. My experience did not instill confidence and I cannot recommend them.
