Looking at how bad the reviews are on this location, it made me want to check it out for myself. lol! Yearly drug screen. Decided to set an appointment up with this location. Upon walking in, the environment was pretty chill. You go straight to the kiosk and get yourself checked in. Pretty quick self-explanatory check-in process. If you're prepared. I got checked in sat down, was called up to the receptionist and they took my DL and insurance info. I had no problem with receptionist. He was welcoming and kicked back. Communicated that I'd be getting my DL back once they call me back. Cool. Another short wait before they called me back. It got busy at one point, but everyone was in and out fairly quick. I was probably there, 15 minute max?! I was also in and out. These guys are quicker than concentra. The girl who was doing my drug screen was also kicked back and I actually didn't feel rushed. It's happened before. She made things clear and quick. She also had a welcoming tone. Not sure what all the one star reviews are about, but these guys are definitely a 5 star location. read more

The woman at reception was rude multiple times starting the moment I walked in. Then she sent me to a kiosk to check in. It asked questions that didn't have options that made sense, so I had to go back to the receptionist to experience more rudeness. Then I waited in the waiting room with a video display, playing annoying music and advertising something I guess. The woman who drew my blood was very friendly and sweet, and she did an excellent job on the blood draw. Even though the blood draw experience was excellent, I'm giving it the lowest rating because it is just so depressing to be mistreated by someone as badly as that receptionist treated me. read more

He put me on hold and wanted to transfer me to a manager when I asked what time zone and state they were in. Shady af. Your customer service is absolutely terrible. Every time I call, I get a message that you are closed, even though your posted hours are from 8-4 pm Monday through Friday. Do you all just sit in the office drinking coffee all day and ignore the phone? Also, your website is ridiculous, it won't let me reset my password or create a new account. I accidentally handed Kiki my credit card, instead of my insurance card and she threw the card back at me and yelled, in front of all the people waiting, "what do you think I am, a fucking bank". One lady left the waiting area, probably to go to another lab. The couple next to me looked impatient and not ready for any delays and asked her if they could make things right by making this a cash visit and handed her $300. She put it in her pocket and then everything went smoothly after that, until we got our bill. Instead of billing the insurance, she put it on our credit card, including tests that were not ordered by us, even though I had paid with cash, which there was no record. The statement said that it included items that were requested by the patient at the time of service. I am not sure what is going on at this location, but this is a complete scam. This is what I think...you have insurance. She states that it does not work, so she uses a credit card (or tells you she just needs it on file, but will bill insurance), then states that card does not work and requests cash or you can leave and come back. In desperation to get it done (missing work, fasting, etc), you pay with cash and then she later bills credit card, which you dispute, stating that I paid cash, and if it gets sticky, then bills insurance, so LabCorp gets money and Kiki gets money. Most people don't track things that closely, as the timeline between paying and getting billed is many months. She does this by creating a super tense, unprofessional environment, threatening to kick the customer out or use the long line as a means to profit from the customer. I've spoke to several doctors in the area and they all agreed that there is some problem, there are other locations that they usually send patients because she is known to be a customer service nightmare and possibly much more... read more

Zero stars. The girl taking my blood was rude, had long teal acrylics, and had cut off the top of her gloves to have the acrylics stick out. She didn't put on new gloves for me, and the entire interaction it felt like she was mad at me for even being there. She couldn't get a vein at first and was jabbing the needle around while it was inside my arm. It hurt! I then suggested she try my other arm, and she rudely said "well there's a stretch mark there. Stretch marks are bad to work with" and then immediately got blood from said stretch mark. She didn't wrap up or bandage the first arm, and didn't change gloves or sanitize her hands or nails before touching my other arm. She hadn't even finished wrapping the second arm when she said "well you can leave now" in a rude tone. I don't know what her problem was but it was absolutely wild. And I still haven't received my results three weeks later. read more

I scheduled an appointment through their website and when I showed up for the appointment the office had closed early - no one from the office bothered to call or text me and let me know I needed to reschedule my appointment, they just closed the doors. This location of LabCorp does a great job. I was able to walk in without an appointment and get a blood draw quickly. The receptionist was very friendly and did some extra work to make sure my labs were coded correctly since my lab order was a little different than usual, and she was so kind about it. The phlebotomist did an amazing job, my veins are notoriously difficult to find and it was by far my best blood draw ever! The office was clean and comfortable, too. Am making this my go-to location when I need lab services. read more

I was not greeted by the staff upon entering, everyone was extremely rude and did not seem to know their job. Instead of clear instruction I was met with dismissive undertones, hostile voices, and was interrupted by 3 different staff members when attempting to ask a question. The staff was unkept, including torn clothing. Also, while waiting I overheard as a doctor requested a testing tube that the staff said that they did not have at that location. When the doctor pressed further stating that LabCorp Corp sent them to that location to get the item, the staff argued, rolled their eyes, and said "I don't know why they do that." A few moments later the staff went in the back and came out with the test tube. Ultimately I did not feel safe and left without getting my bloodwork done. When I got up to leave, I told the tech that I was going to go somewhere else where I felt safe; as I walked away the tech aggressively said, "You may leave then." Another staff came out and said, "Just let her leave." I was already leaving. I highly recommend people avoid this location. read more

Checked in as usual then proceeded to wait more than an hour, it was a nightmare! There were people standing in the hallway outside the office. is there an option for ZERO stars?!? this is legitimately the WORST Labcorps I have ever had the displeasure of going to. The bad thing is that the phlebotomists are amazing. Quick in and out once you finally get back to them. The problem is the very unprofessional, rude, very SLOW typing female at the front desk. I had a 1045 am appointment. got there at 1015, knowing I might not get in early, but figured I'd be there and ready to go by time my appointment arrived, and if I got in early, it would be a plus. At 1050, I finally got up and stood in line to talk to the desk person. She was helping one person for almost 10 minutes, typing 1 finger at a time for the entire order. When it was my turn, she blankly stared at me, not a word spoken. I said I had an appointment at 1045 and I was wondering when I might be called since it was past 1045 (about 11 at this point) She said she would be calling me after the person she had just called. I sat back down, waited another 15 mins while she helped ONE PERSON (again with the 1 finger typing the entire order). She then called my name and asked if I had my orders. I explained that she had my orders as they had been sent to her a week ago when I scheduled my appt, but since she was unable to search for them, I handed her my phone with the same copy of the orders that she had been sent. She then said, "oh yeah, they're here". then told me to sit AGAIN, and that I was next. I asked if she knew about how long it might take as I am a type 1 diabetic who had been fasting for over 15 hours and my blood sugar was dropping quickly. She rudely cut me off and said I'd be next. I again asked how long, sounding quite frustrated at this point, so she rolled her eyes and told me 5 mins. I finally went back at 1125, 40 mins past my appt time and an hour and 10 mins after checking in. The guy who drew my blood was awesome. Got me in and out very quickly. He had been waiting multiple times for her to send people back in the hour and 10 mins I had been there. The desk monster was literally the entire reason for every delay in that place. read more

The front desk receptionist Riki, was horrible! She shouldn't be working in a service industry as she has no people skills. She was rude and abrupt with everyone. When clients asked her questions she would tell them to take a seat and I'll get to you when I can and that she was already doing something. I felt so horrible for the elderly woman who asked her how long her appointment would take as she had to be at the doctor's office at a certain time. Riki told her she appreciated the explanation, but that it really didn't matter to her. I couldn't believe it! I had to go back two days later because two different phlebotomists couldn't find a vein. I had told Riki I needed someone who had a lot of experience and she told me everyone did. They didn't. I was so glad she wasn't there the second time. An awful experience! The front desk person listened to me the second time and the phlebotomist was able to draw the first time. read more

I have small veins that everyone always thinks look great but then they miss them and I get poked a ton. Once I was told to tell them to use a butterfly it has always gone much better. I was so happy my phlebotomists listened to me and made this a good experience instead of disregarding what I told her. That is the second good experience we have had here. The other being with my husband who gets nauseous around blood. They had him lay down, not look and took special care of him. While no one ever wants to go get a sample of blood or urine taken, I appreciated the ability to make an appointment at this location. They had automated check in. I was actually called in 2 min before my scheduled appointment (they do ask you to be 15 min early). If you have an appointment they take you before the walk ins. My phlebotomist also told me Friday mornings are always busy. It also looks like it is under construction and may be expanding? I would recommend this location. read more

I will never be going back to this location. I went in for a drug screening for the medical assistant program I am in. I didn't provide enough specimen for them to test. I told them I would come back another day and try again. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. They told me I was going to fail the drug test because I didn't provide enough sample. Even though I couldn't fail because there was nothing for them to test. They sat on their phones most of the time and didn't communicate well. I do not recommend this location. read more

Worst experience I have ever had. I have been here for an hour. I've had multiple people walk in after me that have gone in before me and left already. I went up to the counter to see what is going on and she LITERALLY cut me off mid sentence and was very rude and said "she knows you're here!" Okay then why have I been waiting for an hour?! Literally all I need to do is pee in a cup. Just give me a cup to pee in so I can leave. This is absolutely ridiculous. I cannot believe how RUDE the medical corporation has gotten now days. This is a medical facility and should know 100% better than how they are currently managing. We had made an appointment and there was still over an hour wait. There was a sign in the lobby stating that max of 5 people and there were at least 8-10 in the main lobby and then another 6-8 lined up down the hall after being checked in. We waited in our car along with a number of others for a text when we were to check in. Finally checked in and were told that they didn't have the fax from the doc and we could go to the UPS store down the road to print it for them. We then had another 45 min wait. LabCorp is part of the Revere Health system, and are just as bad, if not worse. This review is about LabCorp and Revere Health. If you want timely care or a service that Revere Health cannot bill for immediately, do NOT go to Revere Health or LabCorp. Their employees DO NOT care about satisfying you, maybe some of their doctors do, but for the most part, LabCorp and Revere's staff really doesn't care about you. --- I got a blood test done by LabCorp in Sandy, part of the Revere System, a day before I was to see my doctor in American Fork, The LabCorp office manager said she would send the results to the AF clinic the same day. When I arrived for my Doctor appointment the next day, their report was not there. I asked the office manager, of Revere's AF Internal Medicine Clinic to look for it, and she said it was not there. I asked her to call the Lab, and she refused, saying it was not part of her job. As a result, I suffered major discomfort and pain waiting on the lab results for 11 days. Even worse, neither my doctor nor I have received these results, after 11 days-- and after promising same-day delivery. Fortunately, after 10 days, I remembered having similar symptoms 25 years before, and the remedy that cured them. I took the same medicine as I did then, an over-the-counter medicine, and it cured my painful symptoms. LabCorp brags about offering high-tech solutions, but still uses faxes and snail mail to deliver results. They spend thousands of dollars on their test equipment, but zero dollars to improve the delivery of their results, even for equipment that will reduce a patient's time in pain or discomfort. I believe that LabCorp does not care about you, especially if you need ANYTHING done out that is even slightly out of the ordinary--anything that requires even a small extra effort on their part. Their attitudes towards patients suck, especially when you ask for something they promised and did not deliver. In fact, they really don't want to talk to you--their customer service department has a virtually unlisted number -- 800-788-9738. Revere uses a similar pattern; if they can't bill for a service, even a minor request, it simply won't happen, unless you make it more painful for them to ignore you rather than deliver what they promised. This however, takes time, time that patients are in discomfort or pain--apparently they don't care about how long patients have to wait while they are in pain. -- I had a burning mouth problem, which a Revere ENT treated with a prescription. When it ran out, they took 10 days to OK a refill--ten days of my mouth on fire. The ENT's office manager said they had sent an Ok to the pharmacy but the pharmacy said they had gotten nothing, five days in a row. I was able to get a refill only after having a conference call with both the pharmacy and the doctor's nurse on the line, which took an hour to set up and conduct. The doctor's nurse finally said she would send "another" approval to the pharmacy, when the doctor returned in 5 days. I said that if I did not get the approval that day, I would tell the world just how uncaring their patient care truly is. Somehow, that day, they found a doctor outside the clinic to approve the refill. Again, if you need any service slightly out of what LabCorp or Revere Health does on a routine basis, DO NOT count on it happening, especially if Revere can't bill for it immediately. Their system is set up to manage their immediately billable, routine services, delivered according to THEIR routines. They apparently care most about making money by doing only what they have to. Based on ten years of receiving their crappy health care, I have learned this; they do not care about you, in the slightest. Their mission is simply making money, as fast as possible and at the lowest cost. read more

Tip- if you have to do more than one kind of test, make two appointments and check in twice. I had a drug screen for employment and a lab draw. I had to sign back in after my drug screen and re-wait an hour. Not that they honor appointments; they skipped right over me, apologized, but gave me no considerations when I had to re-sign in and re-wait in line for the lab draw. I called twice earlier in the week to inquire about this very situation, had to leave messages, and no one called me back. This location only requires masks. There is no hand sanitizer. The check in kiosks have alcohol wipes you can choose to use before you touch the screen if you can find them. The waiting room is very small. They offer to text you while you wait in your car but then you miss your name being called and have to wait in line again. read more

In a day of increased single parent families, I feel labcorp does not support this community. Medical professions are trusted professions but this company does not accommodate having a minor present. They would not accommodate me when I had my 5 year old with me. If possible choose a different location that is more accepting of people's situations. read more

"What are you even calling for?"-Amber The company I begin work for required that I take an appointment confirmation DonorPass, and I asked Amber about that, and what they were. She treated me like a crazy person. "I have no idea what that is. We don't use those." -Amber When I asked for her employee identification in order to speak to her supervisor about how she was treating me, she said " You don't need to know that." And hung up. Save yourself some time and energy and go somewhere else. I am a person that loves to leave good reviews but I cannot believe how poorly I was treated here. I need to get some labs done so I went in today and signed using their check in and it said I could wait and sit in my car and they would call or text me when they were ready. I went in to see what was taking so long and then they closed down for lunch. I went back later to see how I could make an appointment and make plans so this doesn't happen again. I watched the lady at the desk be extremely rude to an elderly man in front of me asking questions about check in. I explained to her what happened to me and she said well I guess you didn't check your phone then. Of course I checked my phone. She was rude and not helpful at all. They should learn some customer service skills and treat people a little better as their patients are just people trying to get answers for their health. read more
