My drug test, tuberculosis test, and eye sight test went fast. I immediately had to use the restroom so I requested the drug test be done first. Not an issue. Shots make me a little nervous but the nurse kept talking to me and I just felt a pinch. I had to come back for the results of the TB test a day later to be seen for 5 mins and back out I went.

She spent the next 2 minutes complaining to me that it was going to take a long time to enter everything and that she couldn't believe the office had not entered it in the computer because she's told them a million times to instead of working on my order. For months and months I have tried to get the statements corrected, even had Aetna contact them. I've called the mgr with no call back nor a response to my emails. Their statement gives you the option to pay to Celligent or Carolinas Pathology which resulted in a lost payment for weeks. There is ONE person in customer service who is kind (Amy) and helpful. I had blood work done on 3/1/18 and got an explanation of benefits from Blue Cross and they said charges submitted by Celligent Diagnostics were $175 and the negotiated rate since I was a member of Blue Cross was $78.66. Just like with doctors, other medical test etc. There is an official bill rate and then the negotiated rate. Then we pay the negotiated rate to the provider until we hit our deductible and coinsurance rate then the insurance company pays. Anyway, this Celligent Diagnostics company seems to me that it either overbills on purpose or their systems are so bad they overcharge by accident. I got a bill on 5/3/18 that I needed to pay $175 within 21 days. That is not correct. I should only pay the $78.66. I feel bad for the elderly who just think bills are correct when they get them and then pay the full price. It seems like they have been doing this a lot so the state of NC needs to get involved. Beware!!

I'd studied the reference material thoroughly and got plenty of rest the night before so I thought I was well prepared. Turns out it wasn't that sort of test... I'm don't even want to know how it's graded but I'm pretty sure neatness counts for a lot. Finishing in the allotted time shouldn't be a problem, the instructions are pretty easy to follow but I think you can get a do-over if you make a mistake. so relax, exhale slowly, and think about waterfalls and streams and fountains...
