If there was a way to give them less than 1, I would do it! Like the other reviewer, I have had nothing but run-arounds from this company! A customer service representative called me in May to say that there was a problem with the insurance claim filed in February for a procedure that was done in January. When I attempted to return her calls, I got a voice mail, left a message, but never heard back from her. Repeated attempts to reach her had the same result. A few weeks later, I received a bill telling me that my account was being turned over to collections. I went ahead and paid the full amount, then tried to contact them to get a receipt with the necessary information to file it myself. (Their invoices do not have the information required by my insurance company). After holding for five minutes, I got a message saying that their systems were down and to try again later. So, I sent an email via the "Contact Us" form on their website. After a few weeks without a response, I called them again. This time I spoke with a customer service rep, explained my situation and asked for a receipt. Instead, she said she could file the claim for me. After opening my file, she told me that the insurance group number was invalid. I explained that all other fees associated with this procedure had been processed uneventfully, as had other claims filed since February. She took the customer service number, told me she would talk to them, and file the claim. That was two weeks ago, and there is no evidence of a claim having been filed nor have I received any contact from Celligent. I just tried to call again, only to receive a message that their system is down. My next step is to call my doctor's office to see if they can help me get a receipt and to request that none of my future lab work, etc. is processed through Celligent Diagnostics. read more
