Always get great service here. I forgot my paperwork and the girl helped me out and got me taken care of.

Avoid this place. Went there for a STAT lab. I told the front desk and the phlebotomist it was STAT several times and my order I provided also said STAT. I went right when they opened and come 4:30pm it's not even in their system. I stopped by the front desk right before they closed and the front desk girl was rude and unhelpful. Spent 45+ minutes on and off hold with labcorp. The lady I spoke to on the phone tried calling the office several times with no answer so I walked back in to the office and the front desk girl scrolling on her phone. read more

I have been to this location three times. It gets a little worse each time. This time, the front desk person said I had United healthcare (I don't, I have blue cross). Took a long time to fix it and then told me I said I had United healthcare (I didn't). Took two of us to the blood draw room at the same time and asked name and DOB (pretty sure this is a HIPAA violation). Tech didn't listen to me about my rolling veins or my request for a butterfly in the hand. Stuck me in the arm anyway (after assuring me it was not problem) and proceeded to fish and reposition 3 or 4 times before he got the vein. When I said I wasn't happy he was fishing, he just said "it happens." I was a phlebotomist a few decades ago. Yes, it happens when you are arrogant, cavalier and don't listen to your patient. Will not return! read more

This LabCorp location is fantastic! The small staff of two are little but mighty! They are always friendly, helpful, answer my questions, and get my blood work done quickly and painlessly. read more

Appointments MATTER I said APPOINTMENTS matter Or DO THEY?? I made an appointment for a employment screening for 2pm. I arrived at 1:58pm and entered the suite only to see this cool self check in kiosk so I go check myself in and had a seat. I watched 5 people come in after me and go to the counter to be told to go to the kiosk. Now it's 2:14 and nothing but some cackling at the front desk. I then heard the young lady tell the other lady "when you see this symbol next to a name that person has an appointment and they get pulled back first" after that the other lady come out and called me to come back for my screening. It was clean, the screening was quick and the staff was nice. read more

Labcorp - This little kiosk to check into your appointment is cool - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Charlotte, North Carolina

I have given this location several chances and now I'm done. I had lab work done on 2/6/25 and there were 4 labs requested from my doctor. Labcorp did 3 out of 4 and now I have to take additional time to request a new order from my doctor for the missing lab as well make time to get the lab work done. I did not make a copy of my lab order because why would I? Everything is clearly stated, yet one lab order was not done and now I don't have the original lab order to show that it was missed. Additionally, you cannot speak to anyone at this location via phone because there's no option for that when you call. I sent a message to LabCorp on 2/7/25 requesting assistance with the missing lab test and have received no response. I only use Labcorp because my insurance will pay 100% for all labs, but I questioning now whether it's worth it. read more

I chose three stars because I give Labcorp one star for having a facility with one person doing everything. The same employee handled the reception and the lab testing. There is no reason for one employee alone to do both jobs with a number of patients waiting for testing. That is horrible planning and execution on the part of Labcorp. I am giving five stars to that employee as he handled both jobs with grace, professionalism, and kindness. Jay was Superman, but he shouldn't have to be. read more

Absolutely love the ladies working here. Wanda is a treasure, and gives a great stick! I hate having to get blood work done, but at least it's as pleasant as possible at this location. read more

I went in for one test, but Lab Corp processed a test that I didn't authorize. Then they destroyed my specimen, without authorization from me. The staff is rude and disrespectful. Lab Corp is claiming that my doctor ordered the wrong test. Yet Lab Corp was told, by me, which test I was there for and is refusing to let me see the order. No transparency = no credibility! Labcorp gets a terrible review. Avoid this office!!! Such or treatment of patients by staff is wholly unacceptable and should be dealt with. The medical professionals in the area should find another provider. If this is indicative of Lab Corp or even a rare occurrence, they should not be in business. SHAME ON LAB CORP!!! read more

The young man taking my sons blood was not able to find a vein and my son sat there while this person jabbed him and left him with bruises all over. He actually twisted the needle like a screw at one point. Another woman took over and was able to get the blood sample immediately. My son said the young man also smelled strong of weed. And when he was unable to take my son'a blood he walked out to his car and came back in 5-10 minutes later. read more

Quick check in ay kiosk and was called back immediately for blood draw. Seems efficient and friendly. Would recommend for anyone needing lab work. read more

Avoid this location at all costs. Although I haven't been impressed w/ 3 locations I have been too. Guy at this location is absolutely the rudest person I have encountered in healthcare. Insulted my dr, couldn't find my order, then wow, it magically appeared. Bit my head off before I even got 2 words out of my mouth w/ a question. Don't do it! read more

This is literally the worst service you can possibly get. SO rude. My third attempt at labs here and all the workers are sitting in back laughing while I wait in the lobby. No other clients. No sign saying lunch or closed...just me here for 20 minutes waiting. every time I've come here they've been terrible. read more

This is the WORST LabCorp location in ALL of North and South Carolina. They always close their door EARLY (10 minutes or less). They've always complained about the requisition that I have brought in. The customer service is NONEXISTENT. ZERO people skills and ZERO professionalism. LABCORP NEEDS TO CLOSE DOWN THIS LOCATION! Unacceptable service. read more

Was here recently with my needlephobic child. Aquilla was fantastic! Highly recommend her!

In and out fairly quickly. My blood draw was quick and painless here. These ladies are awesome!

Extremely fast & nice service. I got my blood drawn every month for a period of time & this location has always been the best. Cecilia & the woman at the front were great' read more

I took my teenage daughter to this Labcorp location and the ladies behind the desk were so kind and helpful! They helped her relax and getting her blood drawn was easy. I will always go to this location if I need lab work. read more

Find another place for labs. Waited a total of 52 minutes for a blood draw. It took almost 25 minutes from arrival to being called to the desk to provide lab sheet to tech. Then sitting again until called. There were 4 technicians on site and some form of supervisor/manager who was conducting interviews. She needed to be helping get the customers handled. Such a sham of a "business". read more

I definitely would not recommend this place for labs. This location is the closest to my home and I previously had labs done at this location and things went well. Now it appears they have a new employee or a transfer and she is rude and unprofessional. I do not know her name but she is a petite, pudgy, elderly African American woman. The location is extremely small and as soon as I put one leg in the door she screamed for me to check in at the check in kiosk. That had nothing to do with the question I had but she made it clear that she was not interested in dealing with anyone. I didn't have the opportunity to ask my question and by the time I had my lab work done I was agitated. To my dismay she was the one that came in to do the bloodwork. Once in the lab room (where it was just she and I) she continued to make snarky remarks. When getting diagnostic bloodwork done, it probably helps to be relaxed. The aforementioned woman stressed me out so bad that I'm pretty sure my blood pressure was through the roof. This woman is ridiculous and should not be interacting with patients. The other lady at the desk is very polite and has been there for quite a while. My June 2019 visit is the first time I have seen or interacted with the rude lady. I will not go to this location again and because of the rude addition to the staff at Blakeney , I would recommend that you pick another LabCorp location. read more
