I made my appointment on their website last night, arrived & the wait time was average. The staff inside & in other suites throughout the building were most pleasant. For someone with a dramatically awful lifetime of passing out during bloodwork & having pain & hostile phlebotomists in clinics & hospitals, this was, hands down, the easiest bloodwork experience of my life. During my former experience on King's Highway, the worker took a PAINFULLY long time, all puns intended (felt like I was giving my entire body's worth of blood; what the heck?!). Here, I didn't even recognize the feeling on my arm & by the time that feeling was over, so was the bloodwork. Finished in record timing. Lovely considering my fear of needles. Go here for your medical tests, then treat yourself across the street. Highly recommended for an experience that I can't stand. P.S. Bummer that I have a tiny bruise on the site of needle. I would never have expected that 4 hours later considering my glowing review...... Bruise Iris still there 24+ hours later. Never happened before in my life though I'm aware it happens to some people. Just praying to God that I will be needle free for the next few years.

This time I arrive at my scheduled time and find the front door is locked. I knock on the door and a young lady comes out with a UPS person saying: "people can't seem to read the sign" while pointing to a small sign among five other signs. I am so tired of over worked health workers taking their frustrations out on patients/clients. If you don't have enough help to do your job, direct your frustrations to your management or find another place to work.

I arrived about 15 minutes early, checked in on my phone and was actually called in about 5 minutes early. The technician was a delightful, pleasant young lady who made me feel comfortable and was quick and efficient. She was very gentle and alleviated my any nerves I had. Bathrooms were large and clean. The waiting room is large and clean with 2 kiosks for check in as well. I've read some bad reviews about this place, but that was not my experience at all. Should I need tests in the future I would definitely go to Quest!

They took blood, told me my dr would receive the results within 24 hours or i could get the results myself off their website... As of Friday my doctor has not received results & the results are not in my account on their website. Talking to anyone on the phone at the location or at corporate is impossible. I have left messages. I also sent messages through their website. No results. If i do not have results on Monday I will go to another lab, but also contact both my primary & secondary insurances & tell them to refuse to pay Labcorp. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I needed a blood test that could only be taken directly at the labs and Shiel was my 1st choice since it was recently opened. We all know when something recently opened it means clean facility, minimum to no-waiting time, new equipment, pleasant chair-side manners and great customer service... I was wrong from the beginning till the end, except one thing- waiting area was pretty spacious with no furniture except chairs and big windows with a lot of light coming through, giving elusion of space being even bigger. From the moment I walked in I was told by the front desk/phlebotomist/ secretary/nurse/ clerk-the only person that was running this operation, to sign in and take a seat, I was #2. Then she asked for referral script and insurance card. After 15 min she announced my name so loud that I almost dropped my phone and I'm sure the entire medical facility next door and the floor (or two) down, knew that I was most wanted. So after my name had echoed through the building several times, she let me know that there was too much info on my referral script and she needed direct instructions because she couldn't see them Great, 30 min were waisted without any result and an hour more.... at list...to get a new script from the hospital, if I would get lucky and a nurse will locate the doctor, who could divide an original prescription into part 1,2 and 3. What happened after will be a story for the next time...

I told the guy on the phone I needed someone quickly. He got someone to me in 10 minutes. He was able to Tow the car to the mechanic for me and bring me there with him so I could Uber to work while they worked on my car. I thought I was going to be in trouble not having AAA but this was a better situation altogether. They were personable and able to accomodate me very quickly. I would recommend All Night Towing if you find yourself in this type of situation. They were very helpful and even followed up after to make sure I was happy with the service!
