Very slow and usually the staff at the front desk is not friendly. I attribute this to them being over worked. The most staff I have ever seen working is two including the front desk person. One location on Belair Rd had just the front desk person. When I spoke with the area supervisor she also had an attitude. These are the only people who require a credit card even after providing your insurance information. This is a prime example of the Affordable Health Care Act. What a fiasco! I actually being generous by giving one star. Back again today and we will see how it goes. Much better on July 23, 2018. Virtually no wait time. Easy check in. This lab is the most unprofessional lab I have ever been to in 48 years plus of life. If your getting a pre-employment test or anything that's life changing, you will understand what I mean. My urine test was not sealed like every other place Does. The lady at the front desk and the tech that took my sample treated me like dirt. I don't treat ants, dogs, mosquitos or any living thing the way they treated me at that clinic. Clearly, this place is broken beyond repair. Wish I could give it "0" stars. read more

The staff is friendly, helpful and polite, but the facility is out dated. I'm accustomed to having wipes for a urine test, and none were provided. No alcoholic swabbing when they took blood samples. The bathroom was not clean, but the staff did tidy it before I went in. The staff were all very kind, but for safety and sanitation, in the future, I'll use another location. read more

Time wait even with an appointment was over an hour. The facility was run down and needed to be cleaned. The lady that took my blood jabbed the needle and didn't have any compassion as far as it hurting. It seems like a facility could really benefit from a good clorox cleaning...just felt dirty. read more

I went in to get a blood pregnancy test. This location closed at 5 and I got there around 4:20. I didn't have an appointment, I was a walk-in. You come in and check in into the computer and they'll call you right up. I was in there no more than 15 minutes. It was very fast and the ladies were very sweet. The location was clean and professional and I trusted their service. read more

I had an excellent and quick experience. The check in was quick through the automated system and I was asked to wait in my car. In less than 10 minutes they asked me back in. The nurse, Gloria, was great. I have always had difficult veins and she was impeccable in finding the vein from the first try. Very nice and amicable with me as well. I hope more places have nurses like her! read more

Woman (African American) at front desk was very rude to me (Caucasian) but nice to the woman (African American) who came in directly behind me. Would not answer any of my questions and told me to wait in my car and it would be 20 min before I am seen for my blood work. Very unprofessional front desk staff. With so many people looking for work right now, If I were the manager of this establishment, would definitely consider hiring a more professional, friendly front desk staff member. So far, I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience and I haven't even gotten past the registration part of the process. We shall see how the remainder goes. Wish me luck! read more

No stars at all! Selected 1 because I had to. This is the most disorganized labcorp I have ever been in. The receptionist leaves for long periods of time and leaves personal patient information on the desk. Wait times are long with or without an appointment. Extremely unprofessional and unproductive. There are people here who have been waiting for 2 or more hours for a simple urine test for employment. There is absolutely no excuse for this complete lack of professionalism. labcorp is a large company and should be able to operate better than this. read more

I came yesterday nowhere near on their website does it say we stop taking patients for blood work at 1640. I am there 1642 knocking on the door 10 mins later this big girl dressed like barney but have baby bop eyelashes talking about we don't see no one after 1640. I explained to this character that, it doesn't say that on the website and I drove an hour to get here . I'm still calm because maybe she was barney and be at least caring and can reconsider. (since there was someone sitting in the waiting room) Naw she turned into a eggplant. I was told to come back at 0730. So I arrived at 0808, come in and Joi (from Friday craig girlfriend) say you got an appointment? I said no didn't know I needed one, she said "well you have to leave and come back at 0830". I said wait the other lady said 0730 not walk ins at 0830. She said well we can't see you until 0830 so you have to leave. So I left like Felicia. The staff in the back were awesome and caring. Those two ..... no! They need to be working at the parent planned hood downtown or free clinic where you don't matter. read more

I come to this business for blood work. My doctor gives me orders to have it done here. I have been here twice and haven't had any problems. The staff is very friendly and try to make you as comfortable as possible. I hate needles so this process is kind of a pain to me. The staff makes it less painful and tries to make it as quick as possible. I'm normally in and out within 15 minutes. The process is very quick. They do other testing here as well such as drug screenings for companies and paternity screenings. The wait is never too long even when they are crowded, which they never are. I'm sure they will keep up the good work as long as I'm ordered to come here. Thanks for helping me getting over my fear of needles!!!! read more

omg. my doctor clearly wrote the blood test with code that i brought to lab corp last thursday. it's a blood test looking for cancer antibodies. we've waited for the results and just got them today and lab corp did the wrong damn blood test. after i sat there for one hour, i'm billed for this blood test, the test was to rule in or rule out cancer antibodies in my blood and lab corp screwed up. my doctors nurse said the script for the blood test clearly had written with the code what blood test i needed yet lab corp screwed it up. i am pissed. read more

Zero stars. I came here yesterday before noon and the front desk person was rude and mad at the world. I didn't intend to wait 2 hours for a specimen cup so I left. I'm here first thing next morning 7:30am and this front desk person has a bad attitude and she kept rolling her eyes at me when I told her what I was there for... maybe her wig was on too tight. Excellent service!! Based on past reviews I was expecting the worse experience here but I must say it was total opposite. I was greeted upon entrance, the two receptionist up front treated me kind and answered questions, my lab tech Angel was professional, and very personable. I was here on 3/19/17 one of the ladies had the audacity to ask me if I've ever considered having gastric bypass surgery. I was here to have my annual physical labs. I didn't come here to get insulted about my weight. She wasn't a small woman, herself. Anyway, this is the worst labcorp I've ever been too. My appointment was at 3:30, They're people here that have appointments before mine. One lady walked in and was told they will Work her in. She was called back in less than ten minutes. So even though I had to drive all the way across town to get here to do the UA, they only process UA between 0900-1600; even though their office hours are posted from 0730-1700. I Googled this site before I drove here. After reading the bad reviews given for this location, I was sort of expecting to receive bad service! But, their people skills were off the chart!! I was greeted immediately, told that there were a few people ahead of me, so I could expect a short wait. Then the extremely friendly receptionist called my name, wrong the first time, but made a joke of her mistake, which put me at ease immediately. When it came time for me to go to the back to give my blood sample, she had switched places and called me back and did the test herself!! I could not even tell that she had stuck me, she was that good at her job. On my way out I made a comment about the bad reviews and let them know that I was very happy with the service that I received. This was my first time going to this office and it was for a pre-employment DOT drug screen. For the most part, the staff was very rude especially the old lady wearing glasses she talks to you like you're stupid or something. Even setting up an appointment online you probably will still have to wait some time. I waited ~30 min past my appointment time. If you go into the office expecting a wait, then your experience may be alot more pleasant. I came here for a drug screening for a job and when I told the lady at the front desk she told me to sit down and she would try to squeeze me in. After 45 minutes she called me back up and asked again what I was here for and I told her again and she told me to leave and to come back with an appoimtment. So I made an appointment for the following day at 1:30 and I showed up a little early and waited and it is currently 2:25, there are people still here with appointments before mine and the only girl here just went on an hour long break with a waiting room full of people. These people are inconsiderate and rude. Avoid this place like the plague. read more
