I've made appointments many times before, so I do not believe it was my fault. Told me to come back in two hours, even through I had to go to work 20 miles away and was fasting. I've never seen a business whose motto is "the computer is always right."

I am terrified of getting my blood drawn so the fear plus her rudeness made me cry. As I'm crying, she is digging more and more into my arm. Getting blood work has never hurt like this, I won't be surprised if I bruise badly. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I have now had 2 bad experiences here…read more Firstly, the front desk lady with the accent is extremely rude, patronizing, and condescending and shouldn't be doing front desk work. She started ranting to me for a couple minutes straight as if I were a child about how I need to stop to read things before clicking like she does (I have ADHD but the robot tool they use for check in was confusing), and then when I took 10 seconds too long to take my papers and cards back, she ranted at me to not forget my stuff and that people do it all the time (but again, not her, she always is perfect). If she didn't talk at all and instead kept her thoughts to herself outside of work, she'd be much better. Secondly, both times I've gotten my blood drawn here the technicians have had issues and it's hurt more than when I get it done elsewhere. The first time the lady couldn't get my blood and moved the needle and fished around with it while it was inside me to get more blood and it was extremely painful. After that experience I only got my blood taken at Cooper, but my insurance changed so now I have to do Lab Corp. I didn't realize until too late this was the same place I had that prior experience, but decided to give it another chance. Yet again the tech couldn't get blood properly from me (this doesn't happen to me at Cooper), so she ended up poking me on two different arms to get blood properly--it was painful and left a bruise on each arm too. Do not recommend this place. They need to hire some different people and go through more training.
