i cannot emphasize this enough. william thomas is an absolutely terrible guy and horrible at his…read morejob. save your time, emotional capacity, and veins, and just go somewhere else. worth a 45 minute drive to get a different guy. i'm serious. he started off by being so overwhelmingly condescending about whether or not i was in their system. he glanced at the computer for two seconds and decided i wasn't. he repeatedly told me to register. i repeatedly answered that i had. i said if he couldn't find me i could go home and grab my order (which i had forgotten, because i went there right after work). he told me "no just register" and shot me a very grinch-like smile. i said i did. again. he said "if you registered you would be in my system so register." he did not offer any help about how to do this or what this means because, obviously, to my knowledge, i had registered. lo and behold, i was registered. when he realized i was indeed in their system and he was only wrong, he chased me through the store and said i was registered (wow) and to come on back. he had just spent 2 minutes being in my face and telling me i wasn't, and his vibes were very hostile, so i wasn't very comfortable at all. i brought my husband back this time, and he nervously and excessively joked about the mess up the whole visit. he then attempted to draw my blood. my veins are pretty small, but experienced phlebotomists can usually hit them. he dug around in my arm a significant amount because he could not find my vein. i suggested he switch arms. he said "no i think i got it" and continued digging. very uncomfortable. tl;dr my arm is sore and bruised, and i am very upset that i had to interact with this poor excuse for a phlebotomist and man.

Well...Well...Well... What can I tell? Its all about the dude. That dude. With attitude! And I…read moreliked William even despite his somewhat abrasive personality. Nothing serious enough to report to the board and it is a lab and a faster one in the area, but they are definitely not interested in attracting new or retaining existing customers. Nurse's preferred name is Beau and it is extremely important for him that you spell it correctly. Mister Thomas had a very bad morning yesterday 01.12.2021 so he felt like making it unpleasant to everyone he had the joy of dealing with. He refused to  check me in referring me to some lousy self-check out option and I did not want to scan my legal ID at unknown source. Also I came early in the morning drove 26 miles with a full bladder and part of his job description is to verify info is entered correctly and properly I do not want to be blamed for misrepresentation because I skipped a letter or a number. Still much faster than Community Care and we are talking like 7-9 times faster so I'd prefer ill-mannered fellow who actually knows what he is doing to a much friendlier girl who does not and I am referring to their receptionist and not a nurse. That is probably why Beau prefers wearing many hats and not to even hire one or it may represent LabCorp's policy. Interestingly enough at Community Care you are allowed to wash your hands before initialing the labels on your specimen and at LabCorp you are not so that pen of his is truly disgusting, indeed. Another potato/potatoe like difference you can just leave your crap on the table at Community Care and at LabCorp a lockbox was offered so I bet you he was accused of stealing personal property before. Asks you to pick a kit not sure if they bet money on it. Each one looks exactly the same unless there are rare manufacturing defects. Perhaps by giving me an illusion of having a choice is believed to alleviate the consequences of his rude and arrogant behavior on my mood for the rest of the morning. I'll let you decide. Beau does not consider necessary to verify if my info is correct or if my address or phone number is still current, but the collection process is certainly faster than with competitors or should I say contenders within reasonable driving range and it is all that matters. I came in for a routine pre-employment screening which I was told happens each time we switch projects, but I know few people with health issues that are very serious  who prefer commuting to Bingham Memorial or EIRMC. Tis what it is.
