The therapists are knowledgeable, focus on their client and their needs, and above all are encouraging throughout treatment sessions. Got dry needling done there, they punctured my lung causing a severe tension pneumothorax (…read morecollapsed lung) I needed emergency surgery to save my life and spent 3 days in the critical care unit of the hospital, with months of complications. I was told later by other professional physical therapists the only way to puncture a lung is to be in a hurry or not paying attention. Don't go here. I have a complaint in with Idaho DOPL, And have been advised by numerous doctors and nurses that I should get a lawyer and sue them, so I am. I really almost died. It was horrific. i cannot emphasize this enough. william thomas is an absolutely terrible guy and horrible at his…read morejob. save your time, emotional capacity, and veins, and just go somewhere else. worth a 45 minute drive to get a different guy. i'm serious. he started off by being so overwhelmingly condescending about whether or not i was in their system. he glanced at the computer for two seconds and decided i wasn't. he repeatedly told me to register. i repeatedly answered that i had. i said if he couldn't find me i could go home and grab my order (which i had forgotten, because i went there right after work). he told me "no just register" and shot me a very grinch-like smile. i said i did. again. he said "if you registered you would be in my system so register." he did not offer any help about how to do this or what this means because, obviously, to my knowledge, i had registered. lo and behold, i was registered. when he realized i was indeed in their system and he was only wrong, he chased me through the store and said i was registered (wow) and to come on back. he had just spent 2 minutes being in my face and telling me i wasn't, and his vibes were very hostile, so i wasn't very comfortable at all. i brought my husband back this time, and he nervously and excessively joked about the mess up the whole visit. he then attempted to draw my blood. my veins are pretty small, but experienced phlebotomists can usually hit them. he dug around in my arm a significant amount because he could not find my vein. i suggested he switch arms. he said "no i think i got it" and continued digging. very uncomfortable. tl;dr my arm is sore and bruised, and i am very upset that i had to interact with this poor excuse for a phlebotomist and man.

It is family owned so the personnel is always friendly.I liked the girl , who assisted me with cleaning my teeth and enjoyed occasional small talk with the Dr. Other than that would not recommend them if you have pain or sensitivity or any other serious/painful issue in your mouth. Last week brought me great disappointment...., lately my tooth under the crown(the one Dr Miller already filled with smth. couple years ago ) was pretty sensitive.So last cleaning after his assistant took 4 pictures,Mr.Miller told me to make a new appointment for some other filling and on Wednesday drilled few holes into it, but filled those with nothing ... After my question if he had filled it up as initially planned he said there was some silver in it (???)so if before my tooth(or what remained of it under the crown) was just sensitive during brushing,now it hurts to the touch and emits horrible odor .After my attempts to ask what should be my next steps and when should I come back Dr . simply told me :"Bye now". Ok , not a biggie next time I will only come back to obtain copies of my dental records. So , I guess all this NOLI NOCERE does not apply to dentists and now I am looking for someone to document and correct the issue. Also , I remember asking Dr Miller about my kids and when should they first see the dentist and he told me , that until certain age (I do not recall the exact number) there is no real need for it and my wife had to take my kids to Pocatello to kid's dental clinic.We all have dental insurance through my employer , so why not to bill them twice a year and save us a trip and give us peace of mind ? Guess they do not care about attracting and retaining new customers anymore.The lack of competition is a huge blessing in this town. New dentist is very young and honest about still training to do certain things,his receptionist is very nice and facility looks neat , however it might take him a while to build up the successful practice in our town , I believe he can do it with some hand outs and competitive pricing , but until then Mr.Miller can be sure , there is no much competition within the reasonable distance and not much motivation to make an extra effort. P.S. My new dentist informed me , that while drilling under my crown Mr. Miller damaged the neighboring perfectly healthy tooth and it had to be filled and I was charged for this too.So next time when you do not want to drive too far to get a better service, think what do you really save ?
