I was at this location 3/18/25 Check in process was quick and the staff was great. I recommend…read moreLabcorp.

Well...Well...Well... What can I tell? Its all about the dude. That dude. With attitude! And I…read moreliked William even despite his somewhat abrasive personality. Nothing serious enough to report to the board and it is a lab and a faster one in the area, but they are definitely not interested in attracting new or retaining existing customers. Nurse's preferred name is Beau and it is extremely important for him that you spell it correctly. Mister Thomas had a very bad morning yesterday 01.12.2021 so he felt like making it unpleasant to everyone he had the joy of dealing with. He refused to  check me in referring me to some lousy self-check out option and I did not want to scan my legal ID at unknown source. Also I came early in the morning drove 26 miles with a full bladder and part of his job description is to verify info is entered correctly and properly I do not want to be blamed for misrepresentation because I skipped a letter or a number. Still much faster than Community Care and we are talking like 7-9 times faster so I'd prefer ill-mannered fellow who actually knows what he is doing to a much friendlier girl who does not and I am referring to their receptionist and not a nurse. That is probably why Beau prefers wearing many hats and not to even hire one or it may represent LabCorp's policy. Interestingly enough at Community Care you are allowed to wash your hands before initialing the labels on your specimen and at LabCorp you are not so that pen of his is truly disgusting, indeed. Another potato/potatoe like difference you can just leave your crap on the table at Community Care and at LabCorp a lockbox was offered so I bet you he was accused of stealing personal property before. Asks you to pick a kit not sure if they bet money on it. Each one looks exactly the same unless there are rare manufacturing defects. Perhaps by giving me an illusion of having a choice is believed to alleviate the consequences of his rude and arrogant behavior on my mood for the rest of the morning. I'll let you decide. Beau does not consider necessary to verify if my info is correct or if my address or phone number is still current, but the collection process is certainly faster than with competitors or should I say contenders within reasonable driving range and it is all that matters. I came in for a routine pre-employment screening which I was told happens each time we switch projects, but I know few people with health issues that are very serious  who prefer commuting to Bingham Memorial or EIRMC. Tis what it is.

Ive had to go to Portnuef Hospital 4 times in the last year…read more For issues relating to Staph, Merza, and Cellulitis. I have Cerebal Palsy and these are complications from having multiple surgeries and damaged veins in my legs. Anyways, I find the Nurses and Phd 's fine , but the CNA'S to be a pain I don't know if its due to under staffing or pure laziness. The first time i was in there for 4 days i needed help wiping my rear end because i was in really bad shape from the staph anyways they did it , but not well so i ended up laying in my own poo for two days and had a rash from it . The last admit the CNA spilled my Mtn Dew when she was doing vitals and it went flying and the dew spilled all over me and the floor. She changed my shirt but not the bed pad or wiped me or even mopped the floor . After a couple hrs of lying in it i called the nurse and she cleaned me up and then she called the janitorial service to mop the floor. The other issue I have is billing I have Medicaid and True Blue i showed them my medical cards they even took copies. They must not of billed either properly because its now on my credit report. Also ive gotten 3 calls from 10000000000 claiming they dont have my medical id number. I thought it was bogus and called the hospital directly. They wernt helpful either asking for an account number. I told them my name and phone number and they claimed they didnt even have a record of my being there. I was like whatever..... I still have a PICC line In and had to go to IV therapy for a week for Vancamyssin . I never thought id say i miss Saint Alphonsus medical centers that are in the Boise, Meridian, Caldwell areas , but i do.

DO NOT go here. I went there for a simple blood test and ECG for a pre-surgery test. The next week,…read moreI went in for a ultrasound on my leg looking for blood clots. I paid the co-pays at the time. They then sent me a bill for $1,032 and one for $1,000. I disputed the claims they did not do anything. 1st - they coded the procedures incorrectly and 2nd - they failed to even file it with my proper insurance company. They started threatening emails and then a statement - they would not provide a detailed billing statement after asking twice. I know Blue Cross/Blue Shield stopped working with them. Last time my wife was in for a broken wrist, we sat for over 2 hours in a room with plastic which looked like a mental health room before even seeing anyone for the pain. According to my Facebook posting, they have done this to over 400 others as well.
