There is a lady that works there who I believe is Russian/strong accent who has consistently laughed at me, judged me and most recently ask me to do something after my test that could compromise/contaminate the results. She and the other ladies that work there have never asked me to perform such acts before! I am very disappointed in her carelessness and unprofessionalism as these particular tests are very sensitive. She also has repeatedly and even when we are the only ones there taken her sweet time to take care of us and has made me late to work and other important tasks. That being said this Carmel location and the Fishers location has really helped us during this difficult time. The only time we ever have any problems is when the employee listed above is by herself or the only one available at check in. Furthermore, Sal has been absolutely wonderful and caring! We love her and she takes such good care of us! Same with the newer girl who has red hair, she is a delight and so caring!

This was very convenient for me because all I had to do was check in at the kiosk when I arrived at the lab and just wait in the waiting room area for my name to be called. They have a large screen at the Check-In counter that shows your name and when you are not in line to be called by the lab technician. The lab technician called my name and took me to the back to get my blood work done. She was very professional and very nice, and made me feel very comfortable when doing my blood work. She took my blood work and made me sign out on a pad, and I was on my way within 15 minutes. This was a good experience and it was quick which I like very much. Quest Diagnostics is a good place for lab work, and would be glad to come back here again if I needed blood work to be done.

The staff member shrugged and informed me I'd probably be waiting "a good long time yet." Because that's what happens to walk ins, according to them. Yes, it's so expensive. However, we had an international flight that required it and had to do it again before a friend's wedding, so they at least made the experience pleasant. You can book an appointment on their website, show up at that time, and be in and out in under three minutes. It's a small operation, with two nurses, a table, and a few chairs, but they are friendly, fast, and keep the results within the time frame you paid for. They'll check you in, confirm your email, stick a test up your nose, and you're free to go.

No blood was taken prior to I asked twice and was told this was different. Drank glucose and returned for blood draw. One vial taken and bandaid applied. On the way out, I look down and blood is pouring down my arm. Bang on the door to get back in. She cleans me up, asks me if I applied pressure, and applies surgical tape. I'm not on blood thinner and have had blood drawn many times. This has never happened to me ever. Will not be returning and will likely have to retake test because no blood was taken prior to glucose.
