Lucky to be getting one star, the person I encountered was a racist bitch!
I would recommend no one to go to this location. I was going here for a urine drug screening before I began clinicals. I am a medical student, I don't even want to think of how other people are treated here. When I got there, I came in with a full bladder. I may as well have used the bathroom right before walking into the office. Over the course of 1 hour and 45 minutes, I sat in their office with a full bladder that was only filling more because of the water I drank before leaving the house. Obviously not a comfortable situation. It seems like they take their time between patients. Between the time it took them to call me from the guy in front of me who was already long gone by the time they called my name - It had to have been at least 45 minutes and I know nobody else was back there.
Upon being called back, I was treated like a criminal being processed into a prison. I was asked to put all my belongings into a cabinet and hand her the lock. I did so, and then I was finally given a cup and allowed to relieve myself in the bathroom. Obviously urine collection is much more messy for a female than it is for a male. I had urine all over my hand that was holding the cup. I wiped my hands off with toilet paper, not being allowed to wash my hands in the restroom.
I handed my very full sample cup to the woman, who took it from my hand without a glove (mind you there is urine on the cup as well). She then berated me for filling the cup "too full" and said I should have poured some of it out. I asked if I could wash my hands and she said no. She told me I had to sit and sign some papers, and I asked again if I could wash my hands before signing the papers. Again, the answer was no.
When I was looking over the first sheet, she pointed out what to read. Evidently holding the pen in my hand while reading the paragraphs wasn't a good thing. I rested the pen against the paper so it wasn't in my way of reading and she slammed her finger down and said "No, THIS paragraph." I said that's what I was reading and she rolled her eyes. The second paragraph, she did it AGAIN. Slamming her finger down on the paragraph I was reading and telling me I was reading the wrong paragraph again. She spoke to me like I was a child, which really pissed me off.
Finally, after signing the papers, she took my sample and the papers and said I should wash my hands with soap and warm water, as if I didn't know! Then she walked down the hall. Evidently, she didn't think I could hear her down the short hallway laughing with another worker about how stupid I was. Finally, I was allowed to retrieve my belongings, again treated as if I was a child.
If I ever need another drug screening for a job in the future, I will be sure to go to any other place than this.
You have an entire book on how to make this better for people. Fire the rude people working here and hire some people who actually do their job and not treat people like shit. read more
