I get called to the back and I'm told to walk to door #2, so I start walking to door #2, and the lady raises her voice and says "DOOR #2!" And I look at her with this confused face and tell her that's where I'm walking to ::I point to door #2:: and I walk in. She doesn't make eye contact and gives 3 word instructions. Sign right here. I literally walk in after waiting in my car for 10 minutes to make sure they have the right phone number to contact me, as the gentleman who arrived after me was called in, and when I FINALLY was able to speak with an employee, as they avoid the front desk like the plague, she was INCREDIBLY RUDE. She actually started the conversation with the words "I didn't sign up for this today", when all I asked was to check and make sure they have the correct number as they were calling people in who arrived after me. Not only did they have the wrong number but also they had no clue why I was there, and yet I was still given attitude every time she opened her mouth. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I've used this Labcorp multiple times and I've never had a problem with the staff! There is normally a few people waiting in the lobby and sometimes it's hard to catch someone at the desk if you need something other than checking in. However, I've never had to wait too long (I always make an appointment). I went to get my blood drawn today and I have the tiniest of veins. Anna did an amazing job and got it done in one poke! She was very kind and professional. I would always recommend letting them know what vein is best for you and if your veins are prone to collapsing if you have a preference. read more

I'm discontinuing using LabCorp because no matter how hard you try you can never get anyone on the phone to assist you with something you're having problems with. Additionally, they lost my lab results and my tests, and I had to redo them. The person who drew my blood the first time couldn't even find my doctor in their system. The quality of care and service at LabCorp has definitely gone downhill and I will be going to a different lab from this point forward. I have to say, I visited this facility for another procedure without an appointment and was seen within 15 minutes. Overall the lab technicians was polite and courteous. Teach your employees to love patients and not complain about other patients to the ones in lobby. Environment was extremely inappropriate. I suggest hiring more competent individuals. After my visit i thanked the front desk just out of courtesy because quite frankly she was the worst. If i could put zero stars trust me i would! The staff is incredibly rude! I went for a drug test for employment and they denied my first sample because it was too clear and said i only had 10-15 minutes to supply another sample or they send a denial to the employer so i wouldn't get hired! So there i am drinking soda instead of water, 5 minutes later i stand up and say I'm ready to try again and they told me to wait. So 10 minutes later I'm pacing up and down the waiting room ready to BURST and no one wanted to let me in the back!! I eventually had to start shouting through the window to let them know i was going to wet myself and the lady rolls her eyes and aggressively hands me a cup to shut me up!! The staff shouldn't threaten to advise employer to not give me the job but also if you give a time limit adhere to it as well!!
