Beware!! This location was extremely dirty on Monday, June 15 2026 (see photos), and the wait time was incredibly long. I would avoid this location if possible.

Ever since the other Labcorp that I used to visit closed, I changed to this location, which has been a pleasant experience. The staff are very professional and efficient. Also, they are very thoughtful and patient whenever they ask for the arm choice of the blood samples and hand out the urine sample container. The waiting room and the lab room is spotless and sanitized every time the patient leaves. What I love about this place most is that it is not crowded compare to any Labcorp and it feels like it's more organized. Even though it is further than my previous Labcorp from my home, I would pick here anytime.

Pros: 1. Easy in and out for routine lab-work if you know where to go. Con: 1. Smaller location, its tucked in so can get little tricky to find, can get busy as the day progresses. 2. Staff could be friendlier but I understand rhat due to staffing shortages they are being asked to work more. Tip: 1. Check their hours before you go, due to staffing shortages they sometimes move staff to other locations and close this location. 2. Check in the ipad as soon as you get in. They ask you to wait outside if more than 3 peep in the lobby but make sure to check in first. I have seen lots of people unaware they need to checkin on the ipad so they keep on waiting outside. 3. Its located on the first floor, some people gets confused with Quest diagnosis which is also located in the same complex, be sure to look for the suite number and lab name. 4. They open early so make apointment or walk in very early in the morning to avoid crowd.

Nobody likes to get blood work done, so it's kind of hard to give any place that does blood work 5…read morestars. This one does deserve four though for the reasons I'll spell out below. First, the bad. If you've never been to this location, it's not easy to find. I had to look at the directory to see it was office 121. (It might be on my text, but I wasn't looking at that when I arrived.) Second, the door is very office-like. The only thing to tell you it is Quest is the small sign to the left of the door. When you open the door, I found the room very cold and not very inviting at all. It was also most like a futuristic movie where AI is going to be your host. There's nobody to greet you, only a TV playing Quest information, and 2 check-in terminals. You also can't check in until 10 minutes before you're appointment. Assuming you've done everything on your phone, all you have to do is watch the countdown timer and check-in that way. That was actually super easy. A few minutes later I received a text saying to make sure I'm in the waiting room as I'll be called shortly, and within about 3 minutes, I was called back, right at my scheduled time. That was pretty impressive considering someone who didn't make an appointment was sitting there and said the wait was 30-40 minutes. I've heard it's longer without an appointment so if you can, make one! Once I was invited back, everything was super smooth. Everyone was super nice, very thorough, and I was out in less than 5 minutes. There was no bruising either. Another downside though is the restroom situation. It's on the outside and you have to get a key from someone to use them. That sucks if you're already done and heading home. All in all, I can't complain. I wish the waiting room was a little more welcoming. but it is bright, there are a lot of chairs, and masks available if you wanted one.

I talked to the Lady who said she is the manager come out from inside. What she replied me is they can not find my appointment and i had no appointment .Instead, I had to reschedule or standby by 12:pm. I even showed her text reminders my appointment info. She still replied me with bad attitude that I had no appointment. And even blamed me in front of publici that I had no patient. finally, I got the lab test with my insistence. Really need notice everybody. Keep all appointments info records and take picture from the screen which shown your name. Otherwise, you will be ruin your whole day.

I've been to this Labcorp location twice now and although I don't enjoy getting my blood drawn, I no longer have a sense of complete dread because both of the phlebotomists here are VERY good at what they do! As a patient, I believed I was booking the correct service. Because of this, I spent money on Uber, lost time, and had to return the next day. I also don't understand why I couldn't be accommodated when I was already there before 3:00 p.m. and a urine drug screen is a relatively quick test. Even if it wasn't possible, I would appreciate clearer scheduling instructions so other patients don't experience the same issue. I was talking with Lily but even then i had asked her to squeeze me in at 2:55pm, she said they're not able to and i have to come back for a courtesy appointment the next day. I'm extremely upset with this situation. I've been going twice in the same clinic achieving nothing overall!

Accurate rating description for two starts is "could've been better." This place only has PA/NP…read moreand no MD on site. They have the capability to draw blood and send to lab for stat orders. Unfortunately, what they lack ends up a longer list. The first MA was unable to get a vial of blood and said someone else would try on my other arm with a straight needed (vs butterfly). She left me without even putting a bandaid on the arm she poked and I had to struggle to put the bandaid on one handed while still maintaining pressure on it. Next MA comes and draws blood and when she's done she yelps I don't have a cotton ball (to put on the vein she just drew out of) and my blood is just pooling while she puts a bandaid on. Luckily I'm well versed enough to know I needed to put pressure on my bandaid. The NP who saw me was new to (per the MA) she really didn't put my mind at ease. Her expertise and knowledge seemed lacking based on the answers to my questions. First thing she asked me was, why are you here and not the ER? I told her my PCP sent me here because she didn't feel it necessitated a ER visit. She wanted me to be evaluated by YOU to assess and in your medical opinion, do I need to be seen further or what course of action next? She swabbed me for flu and covid and I verbally questioned her because I had isolated severe GI symptoms. She said sometimes those present wither GI only. Does it? I don't know, I'm not an MD but I'm also someone who works in healthcare and it didn't feel like the proper procedure. When I asked if she would be ordering any stool samples, I heard through my closed door "do we do that?". Ok, she's new, I'll give her that...but she comes back in and says "if you'd like to have the order for stool testing I'm happy to give that to you." Am I the md or am I the patient? I came here for your professional medical opinion! Do I?! So after I kindly communicated that I am looking to her for her opinion as the expert whether or not my symptoms necessitate an order, she still doesn't quite give me a direct answer! I haven't been to that many urgent cares, but I've come to see a trend that many of the urgent cares that are owned by a company with multiple locations don't have MD's on staff physically there. That said, I've also noticed the trend that many provide sub-par care.

The techs have consistently been friendly, cool, and professional, and check-in is super easy whether through the app or the self-service kiosk. Their waiting area is not bad, it's clean and bright but it does get uber busy at times - so I hope you have an appointment. My personal take - I've learned with ANY lab (Labcorp, Quest, etc.), making an appointment well ahead of time is the real MVP, fortunately, I have not experienced them f'ing up my appointment but it seems they do with some patients. Maybe approach someone in the front desk and kindly bring this up to their attention? It can save you and others from unnecessary frustration, long waits, and the urge to dramatically rethink your entire life in the waiting room LOL. On occasions that you unfortunately you got a same day rush lab order - walking in can be traumatic but miracles do happen like when I walked in at 2:45 PM one time with literally 3-4 people in there or check the app and drive miles away for a location with an availability... or be like Job... we can all practice a bit of patience in a world where everything is in a rush. "Does it need to be centrifuged?" He was even such a pro he knew which cabinet door held my garbage can without looking. The poke itself was right on the money, nearly painless, and without complication. He took the kit with him to do the postal dropoff himself - it was included with his services. One less thing for me to have to do, which was appreciated. We shook hands, said goodbye, and that was that. He did not solicit me for a Yelp review. A lot of service providers will offer deals to customers in hopes of scamming their way into a good review - it's a red flag whenever I see it and it makes me mad for having wasted time reading reviews that were essentially bought. But Andre didn't do that at all, which is why I immediately got on my computer to write him a review anyway. He earned his reviews by being good at what he does. I'd use him again anytime.
