Nurse Practitioner Billie Smith is AMAZING. I went in with a condition that more than one medical…read moredoctor has "treated" in the past, but it took their "expert treatment" regimens several weeks to take effect. This time, I went to this urgent care, and Nurse Billie's treatment regimen (totally different from the previous doctors) completely took away all the pain before the end of the SAME DAY, and completely cleared up the issue in less than one week!
I can't speak for other providers at this facility, but I am highly impressed with, and very thankful to, Nurse Billie!
The nurse who took my vitals was also very friendly and professional. (I don't remember her name.)
On the other hand, the young woman at the reception desk (I don't know her name either) is a definite liability to this facility, to wit:
* All patients are required to wear a mask upon entering, but she sits and talks on the phone with hers pulled down under her chin.
* When I first walked in and asked about getting seen, she told me that all appointments were booked for the day, and that walk-in wait time was two hours. So I went back to my car to set up an online appointment for the next day, only to find that she had LIED to me and that there were numerous appointment slots still available that same afternoon! She probably steers patients away whenever possible because she's LAZY and would rather get paid to sit around and play on her phone.
* When I came back in later for my appointment, she wasn't at her desk. So I waited... and waited... and waited. Eventually, someone walked by and asked me if I had been helped. I said I hadn't, and that I had an appointment 15 minutes ago, but I've just been standing here waiting. They had a puzzled look on their face, and told me to hold on a second. They went to find her. About five minutes later, she came back in slowly, took her time getting to me to check me in, and then (while I stood there waiting to be taken in for treatment, she sat at her desk talking on the phone with one of her friends... and getting paid. Ugh.
Generally, this seems like a great place, but the front desk clerk definitely brings down the facility's efficiency, professional atmosphere, and my rating (which would have been a 5-star, had it not been for her lackadaisical and unprofessional attitude).
