I'm doing personal training once a week with Rich which is going very well. He wrote up a very good program for me and I'm inspired to work harder than I have in about 15 years. Virtually all the group exercise classes are included which is very nice. I tried out the Thursday evening spin class which was very hard but the instructor, Melissa helped me modify it so I could keep on going. Would recommend. If you want extra swim time, I'd recommend coming in about 15 min before your appointment to see if there's anyone still swimming from the previous session in the lane you've been assigned. You can get 15 min extra time which helps if you're a very slow swimmer but want to put in many laps.

Jessica is a fantastic person and somebody who helped me out a great deal with my goals, without trying to hustle me into buying gimicky products or expensive sessions. Always renovating; bringing in new equipment, establishing relationships with clients, etc. It's amazing what her and her husband have accomplished with such little space to work with. It is a small gym but it's also one where it's never overcrowded and has just about anything you would need or ask for.
