Their ventilation is non existent and their equipment is exactly the same as it was over 8 years ago. Everything is so crammed together and I feel bad for anyone going here often. I learned so much from her and her passion/energy is also represented in every square inch of the gym. Always renovating; bringing in new equipment, establishing relationships with clients, etc. It's amazing what her and her husband have accomplished with such little space to work with. It is a small gym but it's also one where it's never overcrowded and has just about anything you would need or ask for. The place is completely unstaffed, and filthy. The locker rooms stink. Half of the locker doors are broken. The equipment is held together by duct tape. But its great for the management because there is no one to complain to. No one is ever there. I am trying to quit again, but no one picks up their phone, and there is no voicemail. This is a gym in the late stages of sad decline, with non-existent customer service. Don't waste your time here.
