Some of the best middle eastern food I've ever had. We live in New York and eat middle eastern food all the time, and this stood head and shoulders above most all other places we've been. Samir was a gracious host and whipped us up a fresh, delicious feast. The hummus, babaganoush, and fava bean were fresh and lemony. The eggplant was perfectly grilled w/ an tangy pomegranate reduction, which was also on the salad. The falafel was freshly made and crunchy. And the chicken kebabs were surprisingly moist (for kebabs) and flavorful. It's more expensive that you might be used to coming from middle eastern places in NY, but in line with other tourist restaurants in the area. Don't be thrown by the small tables downstairs. There's an upstairs that can fit another 12-15 people. My kids are vegetarian and were in heaven after 2 weeks of just pizza, pasta, bread and cheese. read more
