Even the customers were smiling, chatting, and being kind to each other... it just felt like one of those places people genuinely enjoy being in. I ordered the chicken halal over rice and baklava, and I'm already thinking about when I can go back The baklava situation alone deserves its own review because you get four pieces in an order and can mix flavors. I tried the chocolate and pistachio baklava and both were unreal. Their dessert display should honestly come with a warning because everything looks amazing. Huge thank you to Jorge and Saiyu for being so welcoming to me my first time there. I recently moved nearby, so finding a spot with great food and great energy made me ridiculously happy. My order was the Cuban sandwich and the half chicken and rice. The Cuban sandwich, honestly, wasn't the best. The sandwich was edible but rather bland. Once I slapped some hotsauce on that bad boy I was back in the game. The chicken was BBQd to perfection with just enough spice and umami that had me finish every bite.
