This is where the beer is made.

An unexpected find walking around town today, Taco Sunday. The selection of beer is good. I definitely liked the "Milkshake" and "Just'N A Haze". The pine taste in the "Mighty Mosaic" did not appeal to me as much, but I am sure that there are people who will enjoy the flavor. I ordered all four flavors of tacos: beef, chicken, shrimp, pulled pork. My favorite is the pork, all four are very good. The ingredients: dark green lettuce; tomatoes; cheese; and the selected meat, are all very fresh and very good. The lettuce looks like it was picked out of the garden this morning. Each Shrimp taco had three shrimp which is what is standard and expected. On Sunday, come hungry. The brewery/bar/restaurant are is very clean. The waitstaff provides good service. Overall, a very good experience.

Bovino's is a newer addition to the Stroudsburg scene (they told me they started operating in the Summer of 23) although not an unfamiliar name. Their Pizzeria & Brewery in East Stroudsburg is pretty well reviewed and on my list of places to try out if I find myself in that area. The inside still looks like it's a work in progress with some cosmetic work needing to be done, but overall it's spacious and nicely laid out. Reclaimed wood ceilings, long bar, high top seating, TV's above the bar and the brewing equipment is lined up against the back wall. The tap list had a mix of styles that most would appreciate: Wheat Ale, Lager, Blonde Ale, Pale Ale, IPA's including one Hazy, Sour Ale, Dry Irish Stout, Brown Ale and a Bourbon Porter. The Bourbon Porter named Uncle Sticky's Porter was described as having - Toasty notes and flavors of coffee, chocolate and caramel give way to a very smooth vanilla and oaky bourbon finish. Conditioned on Madagascar vanilla beans and oak cubed soaked in PA bourbon. I found it to be above average and similar to its description. It was very sessionable at 6.5% ABV. My wife tried the pumpkin ale which was having carbonation issues, so the pour took awhile to settle and serve. She said it was average and not bad. 16oz pours were $8. We were still full from lunch so we skipped ordering food, but the menu is on their website and has a sizeable offering. They also offer cocktails and wine. They seemed a bit unorganized visually behind the bar, but I'm sure they are still getting the kinks out. We had a good experience here and would return if in the area to try some food.

Me and my husband are big fans of beer. Since we were in the area we had to try a local brewery. Honestly hate to say I was not impressed with the beer selection. We love our IPAs, and try all their IPAs on tap, everything was extra fruity and too light for us. Didn't have enough of the hops that we were looking for. We also try their lunch menu of their flatbread pizza and the grilled chicken burger and both were just all right. If ever in the area again, we would skip this one

We stopped on the way at this amazing brewery! One of the best mango beers I have ever had! Also, the pulled pork nachos were exceptional! The tortilla chips were freshly fried with homemade beer cheese, pulled pork and bbq sauce. A very interesting and delicious plate of nachos. We got several 4-packs for the road.

Bovinos is a clean, well-lighted place at the heart of Main Street. With a solid, knowledgeable staff, the service is excellent. I love their loaded Mediterranean Flatbread and their cocktails. I'm not a beer drinker, but my friends have been happy with their craft beers. No wonder it's packed all the time!

Log Tavern is currently our favorite place in the Poconos (after the Dairy Twist of course). Three…read moreof us came here for drinks and pop-up pizza on early Saturday evening and had such a great time. AND the food and drink is delicious?? We have found ourselves a Milford unicorn! The taproom inside feels cozy, and the two young women working were super sweet about getting us samples and drinks. Get the Endless Summer! It's a light, refreshing beer with the perfect hints of cucumber and watermelon and it is absolute heaven on a hot day. The lime lager was also excellent. We took our drinks and went out to the patio area under the tent where they were doing the pizza vending. There was a nice vibe in the air: a mix of folks and ages, but everyone just chilling and having a fun time. Bugs weren't too bad! The outdoor pizza set up is John's of Arthur Ave, which we have always had as to-go, but wow, they are bringing their A-game here with the outdoor ovens! The pizzas are INSANELY GOOD! Like, Razza-style impressive. We were seriously blown away because it's nothing like what we've had in the past from there. We ordered their white pie with ricotta and the "Bronx Bomber." DAMN. Perfect char and chew on the dough, and while we know that the ricotta on the first pie wasn't homemade, it practically tasted it. The BB pizza was outrageously delicious as well: loved the meat and banana peppers with the hot honey, which we're normally not a fan of, but it was perfect here. Cannot say enough good things about the pizza! Overall, a wonderful visit despite a heated conversation about world events at our table! Four very happy stars and we hope to have just as good of a visit next time, which will hopefully be soon.

Solid beers; good variety,, chill place, nice outdoorsy vibes with plenty of outdoor seating.read more

My girlfriend, 11-year-old son and I came in for dinner on a Sunday after skiing in the Poconos all day. Parking can be tricky but we lucked out with street parking right around the corner. Overall it was just a very average experience. Nothing terrible but nothing that inspires us to come back a second time. My girlfriend and I are big beer nerds and were looking forward to the beer. We tried the Red Ale Eddy (good) and the Winter Dreamz (very good). I might have bought a 4 or 6 pack of this one to bring home with us, but their to go fridge for beers was completely empty. For food, we both got a smashburger, hers with a side salad and mine with house-cut fries. I thought the fries were good but the smashburger was incredibly disappointing. Dry and tasteless. My son got the margherita pizza and said it was ok. The section of tables at the front seemed to be shortstaffed as the tables around us remained unbussed for our entire time there. Nothing like staring at a table full of messy dishes to set the mood. It took awhile to get the waters we asked for and to flag our waitress down to ask for a second drink. Overall we would probably come back if there weren't any other options, but would prefer to try someplace else first.
