I prefer a little more char and cheese on mine, also more a smash burger kind of guy, but this place kind of reminds me of Umami Burger in LA if you know them, at least in terms of the burger quality. I had the Bacon Cheeseburger with Fries and onion cheese rings. The burger was grade a Beef, cooked medium well, and it just melted in my mouth, the cheddar cheese gave me a feel of home in the US, and the bacon and fixings all tasted soooo fresh. I have to admit, the onion rings/mozzarella rings were a succulent twist to two of my favorite fast food go to's. The breading included chia, so the flavors just bursted with each bite. If your looking to have a good ol Burger, and give yourself a break from the Yucatan cultural foods, this place won't disappoint.
