This is my first visit to this coffee shop. I am staying at a hotel nearby and was seeking a place to grab an espresso for the morning wakeup.
This place popped up on Yelp, showing open and close by so I came. The shop was clean, organized and with a friendly staff who spoke English.
There is the main area and a side room with cushioned chairs for sitting and a large selection of books on the shelf (in Czech, but that makes sense given its a local place).
For the eats, I had red espresso for the first time. This is made from concentrated tea. If you like tea, want the caffeine, and don't mind a concentrated flavor, try it. It's very tasty and not too powerful taste wise. Along with that I had the cappuccino, which was frothy and soothing. For food, the croissant. A perfectly made, fresh pastry that, thus far, is the best plain one I've had in my life. The right amount of sweetness and butteriness; neither under or overwhelming. read more
