Those kinds of places are full of drinking kids on vacation. Luckily there was a Google review about La Lonja that sounded promising. And it was just a couple blocks away from the beach. We ordered a plate with mussels, clams, shrimp and rice. It was like Paella but better. The stock was out of this world. My friends and I spent the whole meal trying to figure out just what was in that stock. It was the best meal of the entire trip. That would be over a hundred tapas for the tables, so I think we only got about 8-10 assortments for the group and tried to mix them up. We then ordered a few different things off the rest of the menu, like gazpacho. I tried everything that came to my end of the table and some more than once. Each item had its own unique flavor. I enjoyed it all, but this was the first place I ever had octopus and that was probably my favorite part of it all. So good. The pitchers of wine and sangria were the perfect beverage to wash it all down with.
