Just a simple cafe on the street which is sad because there's so much potential with this place. Service: The husband is the front of the house and is actually quite rude. Don't come here for the hospitality and it will be beneficial if you speak French. Would I go back? If it was anywhere else in the world I wouldn't go back because the food is mediocre and the service is rude. But since there aren't many options at Crillon Le Brave I would unfortunately find myself there if I wanted something simple to eat.

We started with a Serre Besson wine from Vinsobres; absolutely remarkable, and recommended by the owner. His wife handles the cooking. Menus are customizable so I started with some tempura fried prawns with a Chinese slaw salad. Next I had a white fish perfectly cooked and very tasty. The chicken tenders were delicious as well. Very affordable and exceptional cooking make this the best restaurant in Nyons.
