We could hear our upstairs neighbor's footsteps, but it wasn't unbearable. Andrea does a really good job of maintaining the complex and ensuring that it is safe and secure. She's also super easy to work with and made the inquiring and signing process easy. We actually signed the lease without viewing in person so that says a lot about the great impression we had of the apartment complex! We can only speak for our unit, but it was clean, spacious, renovated, and had more than enough space for 2 people. Good location, would recommend to friends and family. We were quite sad to leave!

Everything was constantly broken, and management couldn't afford to fix anything. It has the facade of luxury living, but it is actually run like an old motel. We can begin with the laundry room with two washers and two dryers for 40 people... one of which was broken and never repaired for weeks. Tons of my clothing was ruined by this 1980's setup. The doors to the stairwell are so heavy that they shake the entire corridor and building when they open and close. Not to mention that the walls are so thin and poorly constructed, I could hear my neighbor ripping the bong at all hours of the night. Good riddance ! And goodbye !

It was exciting reading the 5-star reviews and seeing photos of the beautiful apartments. We contacted SkylinePMG to inquire, and they worked with us and our move-in schedule. From that moment on we felt like family. The property managers Kay, Bruce, and Kash really care about their tenants and take amazing care of us and the property. The building maintenance crew are very quick to respond to any issues: Either a major appliance needing repair or a minor faucet adjustment, you can count on a fast response and quality work! Two-plus years later in this wonderful apartment we've called home, we have always felt taken care of and a welcome part of the community. Both Freddie and John make a great team. Their fixes on the appliances have always been better than the appliance's original condition or like new ! Communication with the leasing agents have also been very good with quick response time, especially with Samuel Vazquez. Clubhouse is always clean and kept in order. There never seemed to be any big miscommunication issues between different teams at Shadow Cove. One caveat would be noise from upstairs tenants at 7AM, but earplugs and both Samuel and Freddie helped communicate between me and the upstairs tenants to quiet down.

This review is for the tour itself, will update after our move in. We scheduled the tour on the website (which most likely was handled by AI agent just like most of the other properties nowadays) and when we showed up nobody was at the lobby. We waited for 10-15 minutes, called the number on the website etc and was lucky to bumped into one of their maintenance guy who then texted Priscilla. Despite the mixed up and our appointment didn't actually made it into her calendar, she was able to accommodate us and showed us a 1 bedroom and a 2 bedrooms apartment (both with view of the mountain which we love). We were hoping for one with the view of the ocean but none was available at the time (we're hoping to maybe upgrade in the future should one becomes available). The apartments were very spacious, even the 1 bedroom, and the place looks clean, well maintained and luxurious. We were excited the moment we walked in. There seems to be plenty of street parking or paid parking in the garage for $270.
