I wore slacks but shorts seem to be acceptable For appetizers we had Caponata salad - most similar to our Panzanella salad in the states. It was great with a tremendous amount of capers, Tomatoes, various greens and cubed mozzarella-all served dressed with oil and vinegar over a seasoned thin sliced bagel. Plenty for two Our second appetizer was steam mussels - these were fantastic! Most places will over cook these causing them to be rubbery - here Re Food cooked them perfectly. Perhaps 4min..All came about tender and was a great portion Next - Entrees! Our daughter had the stuffed ravioli . Very untraditional, stuffing was shrimp and lemon. My wife had the seafood risotto (large portion) and I had the deep fried cod The seafood risotto won the entree round as everyone agreed on it being yummy and would order again. Sorry gents, positive reviews are only for those that are unsolicited! Food was mid and service was kind of annoying. The night really went sour when the waiter assumed I wanted Parmesan on my seafood risotto prior to me finishing my sentence. Relax bro.. seemed so quick to insert preconceived judgements towards Americans. Not a fan of that. Quite honestly it made the entire dining experience unpleasant. I wasn't able to finish my meal and asked for a box.. never got one but I wasn't willing to follow up on it because I wanted to get out of a place that clearly wasn't welcoming to outsiders.
