A word to the restaurant management; If you can't see fit to ban smoking from the restaurant, then at least keep it to cigarettes. I would think any self-respecting chef would want his work to be appreciated without the smell of ash over-riding his creations.

Paired well with the foie gras, making it not to rich and fatty. Totally recommend the beef fillet. Nice and juicy. And with a nice bottle of bourdeux, the beef just melts in your mouth. Depending on the time of year, the mosquitoes do become an annoyance if you're eating out in the patio while enjoying the views, so bring some bug spray (just in case).
