We each got a bowl of pasta: Lumberjack (which is a provolone cheese sauce with mushrooms), the Carbofunghi (which is like carbonara plus mushrooms, and good ol' ragu, which the kids have been enjoying. The pastas were all very delicious. I love that every pasta dish I've had here is consistently cooked perfectly al dente. We also got a slice of tiramisu but was too full so go it for takeout . A senior staff member even came over to explain--quite patronizingly--that we 'didn't know our food' and had to choose one menu for both of us. Most dishes were mediocre at best, making the Michelin recognition hard to understand. Even basic details like torn table napkins reflected a lack of care.
