I was asking her questions because I knew something didn't seem right because how can frying someone's hair be a way of making it more healthy? I thought she knew what she was doing so I let her continue and it looked great when she finished. Today I washed my hair and it is completely fried and damaged, I have burns in my scalp with puss. I highly recommend you don't go here for any treatment. Save your time and your money.
