All the while, it was clear that the staff was putting the work in, cutting each slice or prosciutto individually with scissors and interacting well with guests when appropriate. I ordered what seemed to be a honey prosciutto and mushroom slice which I loved, although I would've preferred it heated up a bit more. Additionally, I got carbonara arancini, which was truly the standout of the meal. It was crispy and crunchy on the outside and cheesy on the inside.
