You do have to order what suits you, cause gelato or ice cream for that matter is very subjective. My daughter got the crema di grom. That's dark chocolate egg yolk with cookies and it's to Die For! I had the nougat and the grand torino(flavor of the month) good not amazing but no complaints. The quality shines regardless. I also had their pre package small caffe gelato at the Marco Polo Venice Airport. This too was amazing! We came here on Rick Steve's recommendation and I thank him. The gelato has a perfect texture. Very rich, very creamy. Nice flavors, the Amarena not too sweet and not too sour. The Tiramisu a perfect choice if you feel like some Tiramisu, but also feel like some ice cream. It was nice to sit at the canal enjoying the ice cream.
