This is a nice Italian restaurant just off Liberdade a couple of blocks from our hotel where we went for an early dinner on our last evening in Lisbon. Reason we chose this place is because it's convenient, also after two weeks in Portugal we were more than ready for a different cuisine. It's a mid size restaurant with both indoor and outdoor dining sections. They open for dinner at 6 pm. We had carbonara and salmon raviolis plus a shrimp salad. All were very flavorful and sufficiently salted and savory. Pasta is cooked just right. For dessert we tried the tiramisu which had more cream than I expected but quite tasty. Only reason I'm docking one star here is due to a few of the lettuce leaves had wilted and brown edges (I'm very particular about the freshness of salad greens and would take issue if just one leaf has browned edges). Price is very reasonable (under $60 for two with drinks) for this part of town where many of the restaurants are part of hotels and much more expensive. An excellent place to try if staying in this area. read more
