Instead of closing our account, they secretly kept our corporate credit card on file and have been making unauthorized, fraudulent charges of $50 every single month for absolutely nothing. When you try to resolve the issue, you are forced to deal with a management team that is shockingly incompetent, rude, and entirely useless. They will try to intimidate you with fake fees and refuse to fix their own billing errors.
