I stood at the food court for 10+ minutes waiting to be helped while three employees literally pointed at each other trying to figure out who should assist me. No one took responsibility or even made an effort to communicate with me. I understand that many customers here speak Chinese, and that's completely fine. But this is a business serving the public, and there should be employees who can at least communicate in basic English or someone available to assist customers who don't speak Chinese. I was so frustrated that I asked for a manager, which I have NEVER done before. Unfortunately, the "manager on duty" also struggled to communicate with me and couldn't resolve such a simple issue. This wasn't just a language barrier; it was a complete lack of customer service, communication, and management. Customers shouldn't have to stand around feeling ignored while employees point fingers at each other. Management seriously needs to address this. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.
