Good value and even better Tapas... far better then any tapas place I've been to in Germany- they have a great wine selection too! The service is good and fast- the first dishes of our food arrived within five minutes. I personally recommend crusty bread with garlic aoli and the sizzling clay dishes of fat prawns in hot garlic oil!! Soooo good!

If you're in the area and you're hungry, I suggest going. It's just that it's nothing to write home about. We had a number of different tapas to share which were all fine. Of the kind you'd get in a cervezeria in Madrid with your beer. It's just not fine cooking. If you're looking for a place with really fine Spanish food, I'd suggest La Finca in Herdern. The prices are very slightly higher but the difference is large.

The food is fresh, delicious, and very reasonably priced - I had a great Majorcan pork dish with potatoes, vegetables, and a hearty sauce for around EUR14. My friend had a chorizo tapa for about EUR8 that was big enough to be a full meal. The wine list includes various delights from Spain and Portugal, though there are only a few white wines there. We had a delicious bottle of tinto, one of the more expensive ones, and it cost only EUR18. The service is friendly and excellent. I called just before 5 on a Saturday afternoon to ask when they opened -- they said 6 for food, but offered to make us some food at 5:30 when they opened for drinks anyway since we were hungry! Muy bien, find ich. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. It probably has something to do with the place being so small. Which also means that you should make sure to get a reservation, especially on the weekends. I don't know about weekdays. La Finca would make for a great date place, so give them a call and lay claim to a table!
