Quite a number of them... Somehow one of the items never made it into our bag and we only recognized the problem after getting home, about 100 miles later... Next day (Saturday) we called the store and spoke with the store manager named Lisa. She was fantastic. Asked a few questions, was super nice and very apologetic. Identified the item and made all the necessary arrangements to overnight the item to our home, free of charge. The item was shipped on Monday. This was followed by a text communication with tracking number and a phone call. Again, she was very apologetic. On Tuesday we got the shipment. Everything was perfect. The box also had a nice card with a hand written thank you and apology. We really enjoyed the way Lisa managed this minor problem. She is wonderful and the company should be proud to have such a manager. We will visit the store again when in the area.

Both were close enough to see us enter, yet neither made eye contact, welcomed us, or offered assistance. After a few moments, I actually turned to them and said, "Hi, how are you today?" a greeting that I would have expected to receive as a customer entering the store. I remained in the store for about four minutes and still received no assistance or engagement from any team member. Unfortunately, this left me feeling unwelcome and unappreciated as a customer. I was genuinely interested in shopping and looking around your store, but the lack of basic customer service made me decide to leave. Need to invest on coaching your colleagues to have better customer service.

Noelle's Yelp Notebook 2015…read more Carters is great for babies- onesies, blankets and all the essentials. Now that my little guy is a toddler, I only come here for pajamas because they don't sell them at the Polo Ralph Lauren's factory store nearby. The great thing about Carters are their sales and the coupons you can find online. Today, I made a bee line towards the back wall and picked up quite a few adorable pajamas and a great cost. They have pajamas on the back wall for sizes 2 months all the way up to 4T and larger. The selection for boys clothes and pajamas is huge! If you're looking for a gift for a boy or girl or just shopping for your kiddos this is good store with great prices. Customer service is hit or miss!

The sale section here was decent, but the rest of the store seemed to be running full retail prices. I went to pay and literally got the worst costumer service I have ever received. The sales person was Alejandra and I don't know if she was ill or hungover or what because she had her head on the table when I walked up. She barely looked up to check me out and when I grabbed some hair bows at the register in bins that said 60% off and asked how much they were, she told me they were $4.99 (which was regular price). I explained that the sign said 60% off and she said that the sale starts tomorrow. Umm.....then put the sign up tomorrow....not today. She was so rude and not helpful I will never shop here again...which is sad since I have twin girls.

Noelle's Yelp Notebook 2015…read more Polo Ralph Lauren's Children Factory store has improved on their selection for boys. Came here a couple of weeks ago before our Disneyland vacation and we scored a ton of clothes at a great deal. My son is growing fast, so we come on a fairly regular basis to purchase clothes. Customer service is still hit or miss. I love coming here because I can find great polo clothes for my little man at a reasonable price point when compared to purchasing polo at the department stores or even online. This is the only PRL children's factory store in the entire state of California.

Personally, my body type allows me to fit into a large or an extra-large (depending on the fit of the clothing). This is great because the price is also more affordable on top of this store being an outlet store. The style here is limited, which I didn't mind because it's an outlet store and the retail space here is quite small. What made my experience here better is the customer service here. There's this one female employee that's very friendly and continuously helped me throughout my whole time here. What I thought was kind of awkward was the fitting room. They didn't have doors but had curtains.. That never closed fully.
