But each was top notch and together they were about as good as a taco can get. I went for the El Cabellero which was a nice sampler of multiple items: 1 chicken enchilada, 1 beef burrito, chile relleno, cheese quesadilla, and rice. The quality of every ingredient was noticeable. A simple cheese quesadilla is usually unimpressive-- not this one. The chile relleno was cooked to perfection, the mole sauce on the burrito truly great, the rice a step up from what you'd expect with real tomato flavor. Even the ground beef was good.
