Really good pizza, and I'm a big fan of really good pizza after many trips a year to Rome. I am well away it's a unknown fact that Paris makes great pizza, but still it's not a given that it is always good. Attracted to the heated outdoor seating I took a chance, and got lucky. I got the House Special with Burrata, Cream of Truffle, Roquette, and amply slices of Jambon de Parme. The crust was the perfect balance of crispy and soft and full of good flavor. Not the Naples style that is wet in the middle. Solid all around.
The service was attentive and kind. I'm saving this spot as my new Paris go-to pizza spot.
Tip the Spicy Oil is sooo good on the pizza. read more
